i had my TOEFL test during in the university, and i never do the IELTS test so I think it is more easy by IELTS because we just face to face with the interviewee and make chat
For some yes, and for some no - it depends on the person and their skills. We train people for both IELTS and TOEFL. However, do note that this is for academic purpose only. This channel, for general IELTS is for immigration - TOEFL does not satisfy this requirement.
At the 2nd part , Once I've seen the cue card,I relaised that I'm not an Art Man, because nothing came to my mind ,
