I did my IELTS last week and I did better than this girl. I was fluent, never stutter, answered the question directly and never went out of topic, but still got 8!
It's pretty tough to do way better than this girl since she is a near native sounding excellent communicator. Nevertheless, a score of 8 is great! You should be proud of it. www.gieltshelp.com

The girl gives quite short answes to part 1 questions. I've heard many band 9 candidates giving much longer answers, twice as long at least.

She must speak louder because I think that people cant hear her voice very well.
Remember that the examiner does not score the speaking, it is recorded and reviewed later, but it is still important to be loud and clear.
this speech sounds me quite poor, it would be off the wall if that girl got 9 for that weak perfomance, i really can not imagine how it came about.
