This is the EASIEST way to help relieve your jaw pain

- Do these 2-3x/day for jaw pain, because the neck and the jaw are intimately related my friends!
👉 Stretch #1:
Make sure your ear is in line with your shoulder
Gently pull & tilt your head to one side using your hand
Hold for 20-30 sec.
Repeat on opposite side
👉 Stretch #2:
Make sure your ear is in line with your shoulder
Turn your head as far as you can to one side
Hold for 20 - 30 sec.
Repeat on opposite side

Those muscles can become dysfunctional with TmJ/TMD which causes them to hurt.
Would you suggest jaw isometrics? If so, which ones?
