My 17yo daughter bought one for herself as a first car. She fast. I had an AWD Ford Fusion 2.0L turbo. Beyond about 40mph the accelerator didn't do very much except cause more noise and use more gas.

Thinking about putting this setup on my 2.4t5 v70, I have forged rods and 82mm wiseco pistons already. What kind of power are you expecting with this setup, and is the g30 a laggy turbo or would a g25 be a better bet? I'm aiming for around 500bhp
Expecting between 650-700hp in engine, i would recommend the G30 - 770 perfect for these engines 👌

Very impressive performance, but i'd prefer less turbo lag. I think 400 hp is perfect for these 5 cylinders. Still an awesome build tough.
I would like to see the performance on a stock S60R from 4th gear. And then we can se how "laggy" this is 😅

Hello, great car! Did you put shims on the engine block? Or when you recommend to do this kind of job, at about how many horse power? Thank you!
If you want more than 400hp you should shim the block. A friend of mine tuned his stock b5244t5 to 550hp on stock internals and he cracked a cylinder wall.

I want to buy a S60 R soon and learn how to change all the internals so I can put out some decent power. Is it super expensive and do you have any tips on doing things in stages?
Start with stage 0 = new coils, plugs, filters, sensors so all that is good. Then the first upgrade should ALWAYS be a upgrade intercooler. After that bigger dp, then ask your tuner what he offers for diffrent stages and what hardware he prefer to be seen in those stages.

@@Whoisitthatknowsyourthinking look at forums… But yes, the 2.0T owners usually throw on a 16T or bigger. You’ll need a bigger charge pipe (found on 2.3T5 for 16T) and injectors. Expect closer to 300

Jag håller på att renovera en B5244T5 som jag tänkte slänga i min 05 S80 awd. Det jag undrar är hur mycket fördelningslådan klarar av och har du någon aning om det är samma fördelningslådor i våra bilar eller om jag måste uppgradera? Jag siktar på 600whp och är inte så sugen på att spränga något 😆
