Hej Jag har trimmat en t5 motor och får ut ca 390 hk och 570 Nm. Nya kolvar, stakar, racelager, fixat hela motorn och laddar runt 2 bar. Jag har märkt att jag har lite problem med vevhusventilationen, att det kommer ut lite olja via ventilationen till catchtanken. Tänkte fråga hur har du löst det på din motor när du laddar 2.6 Bar?

Ah OK, thanks for clarification. So you're just using the FWD gears in the AWD box? I am doing that too, but I also want to physically change 6th gear from the AWD 1,2,5,6 output shaft over to the FWD shaft so I get a longer 6th

This is exactly what I'm trying to do now. Some of the shafts are really easy to dismantle, but some gears are interference fit and I've not figured out how to get those off yet. E.g. 6th gear comes off the input shaft in 5 minutes, but how to remove it from the output shaft.. Please keep me updated with how you get on!

Jävlar vilken fet Volvo, 90 till 200 på en växel! Jag håller på att renovera en B5244T5 som jag tänkte slänga i min 05 S80 awd. Det jag undrar är hur mycket fördelningslådan klarar av och har du någon aning om det är samma fördelningslådor i våra bilar eller om jag måste uppgradera? Jag siktar på 600whp och är inte så sugen på att spränga något 😆

In Your opinion what is the max power and torque for stock b5244t5? I heard about 600nm, but i don't know is that true. I have v70r with that motor and thinking about g25-660 for daily and is it possible make 450hp or is too much for this engine?

Very impressive performance, but i'd prefer less turbo lag. I think 400 hp is perfect for these 5 cylinders. Still an awesome build tough.

My 17yo daughter bought one for herself as a first car. She fast. I had an AWD Ford Fusion 2.0L turbo. Beyond about 40mph the accelerator didn't do very much except cause more noise and use more gas.
