Every time I ask where these people get the money from for all this food. What would happen if they would serve her less and more healthy food? They don't get much money for doing the show, most of it goes to the doctor and they get a small relocation fee if they move to Houston (around $2500 US). Other than that, I don't know where they get the money from because none of them work, and Social Security doesn't pay that well, nor does food stamps and Medicaid, although they do give more for food stamps now based on your income. Definitely enough to eat, but not enough to only eat junk food. Beats me!
They are getting paid by the show to binge and there's a good chance they also receive social assistance. If you think this is only a problem for the USA take a look at India or china's fat epidemic.
I’m embarrassed to agree with OP. I’ve been through Europe, South America, Türkiye, Russia, Romania, and only saw a very few overweight people who weren’t American tourists. It’s so embarrassing. I usually say I’m from California to the locals because that doesn’t seem as bad as the rest of the states.
@@annenelson5656 I saw a documentary that took place in the UK that showed what they termed "morbidly obese" but were not half the size of most they show on 600 lb life. They were getting free (aka taxpayer funded) weight loss surgery, home health care aids that would visit sometimes twice a day to bathe them and clean their houses. One couple even had their wedding paid for with taxpayer money. The way they see it, they paid in during the years they worked, so why not get the benefits now? That kind of attitude is what sickens me. It's not bad here in AR either believe it or not. lol

I know what it’s like to have cravings for junk food. I love ice cream, potato chips & doughnuts. Even the big bottles of pepsi. But I started to cut down on the sodas & don’t buy ice cream, chips & doughnuts anymore. I am almost 75 & can’t get around because of my age & being overweight. But I still try to change my bad habits & unhealthy eating. It’s a one day at a time thing. Good luck.
What makes me so mad about some of these people is that they often times make people who are already disabled or their own children the enablers. It’s horrific and it’s abuse.

No one, really answers , then, implies for her kids to bring the cake, she says no, bring BOTH cakes, did you see how enormous one of the cakes were?. They sat BOTH cakes in front of her. 😢
It might be sausage with a pancake wrapped around it. I've seen those in the store with the frozen foods. Never tried them myself, but I can't imagine putting syrup on a corn dog. Pancakes yes. Just a guess. It might be corn dogs.
That's what I want to know. My husband and I can provide for our family of 5, but the amount of food we consume in a week is what these people eat in a day!

I've said it before but it's worth saying again: my family would literally tie me to a tree (for health's sake) if things got to this point rather than see me with no quality of life, JMHOP.
I have thyroid issues; I have been fighting against them for the last 3 decades, for my whole life. And it *is* hard. But I can’t be ignorant of my medication, I have to be mindful of calories in and calories out as they play even more of a role, and I have to listen to my doctors, if I want to keep my weight under control. (I am also a CSA survivor, my parents divorced when I was young, I lost my father to s*icide; anyone reading this, I want you to know, you’re not alone, it was not your fault, and if you need to talk to someone I’m here 💕)

Okay as a person that has battled her weight since she was 8 years old when her grandmother started feeding me lots of sweets for the year I lived with her I gained so much weight and it started my lifelong addiction to sweets😢😢😢 this is 60 years ago and some people still do but in those days they equated food with love😮😮 the point I'm trying to make is I never let it get to the point where I couldn't take care of myself and my children and never has anyone had to wipe my butt😢😢😢 these people are disgusting and they are a drain on the economy on their families and on the Healthcare System and they spend so much time complaining about their aches and pains but they keep stuffing their face and having pity parties😢😢😢😢
