Correct! On the recording Ray did for Monument Records in 1969 he did all of the voices. In this special performance, just for television, that's Andy and Danny voicing the characters. I'm familiar with Danny using that voice on other things he did...particularly in an episode of the 'Lucy-Desi Comedy Hour' where his character from 'Make Room for Daddy' was constantly pestered and driven up the wall by Lucy. Anytime one of Danny's characters was at his wit's end he'll get into that kind of vocal delivery. Andy is basically using a falsetto voice.

Dang! Why did UA-cam wait so long to offer me up this? Absolutely brilliant- so funny, I actually burst out laughing! I loved Andy Williams' show and would so love to see it again for stuff like this. Andy, Ray, and Danny are hilarious, the ad-libbing is great, they all are having such a lot of fun! And little Jimmy Osmond was so cute! I'll be watching this again... and again!

Personally, I believe some of the funniest bits, especially in the old days, were improvised or just old fashioned screwups that had people in stitches. The carol Burnette show is a prime example. Tim Conway did his absolute best to try and break up his cast mates and always succeeded.
      Man I miss those days.

Olive grew up playing sax, and, when she and George met, she was part of a dance band that played for dances because at the time male musicians were all on active duty or not able.
Music was something they had in common; George enjoyed barbership harmony, and created a barbershop group of his kids as soon as he had four boys he could teach to harmonize.
