David as Eugene is honestly so entertaining. Also, Chal is a perfect choice for the extremely aggressive Blucher. Miles’ decision to not reenforce Tom in the second half was definitely a missed opportunity. Miles outnumbered Chal in the extreme later on, and Tom, poor Tom, pretty much sat on his hands because of his lack of forces.
I love how the tendencies/strengths of the players are highlighted at different moments. Chal's aggression, Miles' skill with numbers. Very cool to imagine how their historic counterparts brought their own talents to bear in a fight
This video was the perfect demonstration of why Napoleonic wargaming is so popular. The fact that you set it in my favourite campaign is fantastic. Where I live I can't get to a club , so I'm very envious of yours . I've put in a request to Santa for some of Dr Nafzigers' books. Can't wait. Keep up the good work , and go Russia !!
This was a fantastic start to this campaign. I love the "Fog of War" aspect of campaigns and listening/watching the different commanders discuss strategy, trying to figure what the other side have planned. Creating a 3d version of the map and using flags to represent the forces adds to the immersion. Using the Volley and Bayonet ruleset takes me back to my childhood, watching my dad and his friends from our wargaming club play Napoleonic and ACW battles. I'm very much a French player for the Napoleonic era and the lack of cavalry and reliable scouting reports make this period really challenging for the French which I think adds to the enjoyment of campaigns like this. Great job guys, and Merry Christmas from Australia. One of my favourite Napoleonic battles is the Battle of Rivoli. :)
I know there is so much work that goes into this. The peleliu episode as well as this episode I noticed a large drop in audio quality. Thank yall for the great content!
As primarily a naval wargamer, my vote for favorite Napoleonic battle is Trafalgar. Whether gaming on land or sea, using Fog of War rules is definitely the way to go. Another captivating video from LWTV...Merry Christmas to you all!
O....M....G.... Thanks guys!! I've been waiting since you teased us a few months ago! I believe this is one of the most involved, complicated, and evenly balanced political and military campaigns ever.
Another Little Wars masterpiece. This video was long anticipated and exceeded all expectation, unlike the other Napoleon themed film currently circulating. Well done again guys. And as always many thanks for putting in the time, effort and dedication to showcase our hobby to the world.
This was a fantastic video. So much time and effort put in by everyone on Littlewars, and it delivered so much. Vitoria would have to be my favourite Napoleonic battle.
I mean how could you not pick Austerlitz as Napoleon's best battle! Probably his most successful victory. His victory without firing a shot at Ulm slightly before Austerlitz, by enveloping Mack's army just by spreading his forces out on the march to trap them, is also extremely impressive. Great video!
What a fun winter treat! Modifying the hex and chit rules to include a miniature battle resolution system is genius and I'm really liking how it looks to play out! Especially as a longtime hex and chit fan, it's something I love to see played out! Brilliant moves from the french side after the Magdeburg debacle, great job rallying and recovering from mistakes. My personal favorite battle is Jena-Auerstedt! Brilliant tactical work from the french. But my favorite of the German 1813 campaign is the battle of Dresden from the autumn!
I've been waiting so hard for this! Love the grand strategy games you've put on like the Pyric wars series or the Marengo campaign. My favorite Napoleonic engagement his whole first Italian campaign, but I guess specifically, First Bassano.
This was really great fun to watch, ty to all the participants. I loved the historical references and source material, I learned a great deal as well as having fun. I especially loved the uniforms and character role play, you all did a fantastic job of making learning history fun and exciting. Thanks again. 3 brains are better than 2. The Tsar should’ve sent more Cossacks and been more personally involved. His presence in this theatre would’ve swayed the balance of power in favour of the allies and pushed Napoleon’s strategies to their breaking point and potentially brought out the best in him and the French. The end was somewhat anticlimactic, with no great final end boss battle. But other than this, it was remarkably accurate to history and a very interesting puzzle. The Allies started out extremely well, but got bogged down and drawn into a more static kind of war that doesn’t play to their strengths. The wisdom of the allies in real life was to out manoeuvre the French, avoiding pitched battles with Napoleon, until the allies could gain a decisive advantage in numbers, logistics and force potency. Had the allies stuck to this plan, kept moving around and fought hit and run tactics to the smaller French armies and supply lines. Not giving the French any time to consolidate their forces, or effectively counter the speedy allies thrusts. Then the French would’ve been stretched thinner and become more strung out. Enabling the allies to choose a final battlefield and control the situation, like controlling an accident. They could’ve played for time until they could amass their forces and deploy their reinforcements effectively. The Tsar did hint at this by ordering to bypass Dresden and block the French way to Leipzig, a moment of brilliance on the Tsars part. However I think that this made the Allies feel a bit to buoyant and they let the North stagnate, albeit there wasn’t much they could do; either stand and fight or retreat from Hamburg and seeing as the Tsar ordered them to stand at Hamburg, their hands were tied. The allies did do pretty well to get 8 Victory points, to the French’s 10, so it was a close result. I think the French were in a strong position though, had the game continued, I believe the French would’ve won more victory points and increased the margin of their victory. I don’t think the allies could’ve played any better, they had some bad luck with the dice that could’ve changed the result, had the luck gone the other way. The allies have to choose 1 city to hold onto, Hamburg or Berlin and try to distract the French enough from being able to mass their forces, before the allies can. I see this scenario as a race, to see who can amass a large enough force the first, to be able to deliver the knockout blow and to choose the right path for it to succeed. While also trying to stall the opponent and defend against their offensives. What I’m basically trying to say is, “he who defends everything defends nothing.” I’d love to see a replay of this scenario, perhaps reversing the teams? Thanks again.
I mean your effort and dedication and love for history. Is just amazing and is a beacon of inspiration for me and other history geeks to do this, I mean this is amazing and just speechless. Keep up your amazing work, even if it is hard or seems not gonna work, continue this, it is amazing. You will succeed if you continue to great new heights
Bad ass as always!! Great campaign idea, you guys go above and beyond. Cheers of scotch to all!! Favorite battle. Haslach-Jungingen. 5000 French under DuPont vs 23000 under mack himself. Prelude to the final disaster awaiting mack.
Fantastic campaign, I am really enjoying it. Mary X Mass and a happy NY to you all. As an ex sailor I have to say Trafalgar with Borodino a close second to scratch my Russian itch.
As a Polish person, I'm absolutely astonished we actually had a big influence on Napoleon's army. I thought we were a minor ally at best, a useless puppet at worst. P.S: I don't want that board game
Wow! This ticks all of the boxes ... multi-player campaign game that generates tabletop battles, Napoleonics, fog of war on the tabletop, commentary from a historian, free 1813 campaign guide, and a product giveaway. Already looking forward to next season. Favorite Napoleonic battle ... Aspern-Essling 1809 ... my first tabletop miniatures experience using Napoleon's Battles with 1000s of miniatures. Instantly hooked!
This was my introduction to your channel, and all i can say is WOW! I really enjoyed every piece of your video and will absolutely be watching more amd joining your Patreon. Just all around stellar. Well done gentlemen, and thank you.
Another great video! I love the historical context to go with exciting gameplay. And a whole hour long!!! My favorite Napoleonic battle is Waterloo, as it portrays how delusional Napoleon was. There is no way he could have won any war after his defeat in Russia and the way he continued to throw French conscripts to their deaths shows his despotic character.
Little Wars TV has outdone itself, above and beyond even their usual excellent work. The visual inserts of charts, the "viewer only" maps, views inside booth's ides' HQs and even the narration were first rate. Congratulations from a wargamer of 55 year's experience. Although I am no fan of either the strategic or tactical rules used, this game presentation was the best wargaming video I have see on the internet (the feature film Gettysburg in Miniature is still the best video, but that was before the internet!)
As a student of Napoleonic history, a wargamer, and a fan of miniature wargaming since I was in Junior High (1972), I thoroughly enjoyed this. Thank you! Also, I really want Miles' sweatshirt!!
Really enjoyed the video. My favourite battle of the Napoleonic wars is probably the Battle of Maya, largely for the heroic bravery of the Gordon Highlanders against overwhelming odds on the Eastern ridge.
I just discovered this channel, what a video, just subscribed! Favorite battle has to be Rivoli. When all was bleek and the battle seemed lossed, General Bonaparte managed to turn the situation around and win an overwhelming victory over the Austrians!
Man, it's so hard to pick just one battle, but I'm going with the Battle of Eylau, highlighting as it did the tenacious and stubborn nature of the Russians, the flexibility and aggressiveness of the French, Murat's magnificent mass cavalry charge to save the French center, and the surprising last-minute arrival of the Prussians to stave off the envelopment of the Allied left, all while engulfed in a snowstorm. Kudos to your presentation of the 1813 campaign. Love the campaign map and maneuver format with the fog of war really adding to the authenticity of command decision difficulties for your brave generals (and one emperor).
The Battle of Rivoli is my favorite. No reason Napoleon should have been able to win that battle, and yet victorious he was. Loved the video, looking forward to the next one
Great video as always, can't wait for the next part! For me it is the Glorious First of June! The reason for the strategic circumstances between Britain and France we later take for granted, and so early in the war a different result could have changed everything!
It is amazing to see miniatures adaptations of board games. Homebrewing and houseruling like this demonstrates the major advantage of malleability that board games have over video games! And Trafalgar is my favorite Napoleonic battle 😎
Great video, love the fact that you are making this campaign in the one hour format. Highly looking forward to the next part! My favourite battle of this time period would probably be Jena-Auerstedt or Wagram, but if I have to chose I would pick the first one. It greatly highlighted the strenghts of the french corps' system and logistical advantages. But it also showed that the French army (despite this time being called Napoleonic wars) was not always about Napoleon - often the fate of battles was decided by individual decisions of his marshalls or other subordinates and Jena-Auerstedt is a perfect example of that.
This was great to watch...the plans were good and the fog of war was a great idea. Always makes for a great game when the "unknown" is introduced. I've looked at boxed sets, much like Campaign of Nations, but never got into them...guess it's more about pushing the lead/plastic troops across the board that makes it fun for all. However, after watching this, I think I might look further into it :D That being said...my favorite battle I think would have to be Borodino...or is it Austerlitz...hard to say. Either way, gaming in the Napoleonic era is quite fun...now if you'll all excuse me, got some 10mm Nappy figs to primer and paint 😁
@@milesreidy7864 - Oh yeah...that's interesting. I have often thought of going back to 15mm, but the 10mm on the board looks cool...kinda like how the 6mm ACW looks :D
Hey Little Wars TV! Super excited to witness the upcoming Summer and Fall phases of this war, may the Allies finally end that upstart Bonaparte! My favorite battle of the era was certainly Vimeiro, as the village is close to where my Grandmother grew up and I had the privilege of visiting this summer. The battle perfectly summed up the allied spirit through the age: militarily competent yet politically daft as the battle saw the shameful treaty of Sintra Cheers!
My favorite Napoleonic Battle has to be his first Battle the Siege of Toulon, it gave us the genuis that was Napoleon. Just found your channel and I'm glad I did!
Fantastic work by the generals, designers, and editors of this fine wargame! I will say that I anticipated Greg's grand reveal as Tsar Alexander as soon as the first well-timed message appeared. I look forward to parts 2 and 3! My favorite Napoleonic battle is the Battle of the Nile. Some of the best demonstrations of British naval firepower in the era!
Really enjoying your 3-phased 1813 campaign, and my Tuesday group just did a Grossbeeren. As for favorite battle, I have to provide both naval and land. For land, I've tended to Penninsular campaign, and I'm going to go with the relatively small action of Sahagun, as all cavalry, with 15th Hussars which my trusty mount Shiloah in past portrayed, plus being very early in the (intermittent) campaign. But as a retired naval officer, I give top spot to maritime, and for that I favor the Battle of the Nile (Aboukir Bay) 1798, for being early in Napoleon's and Nelson's careers, nearly equal forces, and the audacity of Nelson's band of brothers instant assault in challenging coastal conditions, and an overwhelming British victory, that with a more average British commander, might have had very different tactical and strategic results.
A phenomenal beginning to the campaign. I'm excited to see the continuation. I'm personally more of a Civil War person, seeing as I am an Alabamian, but Austerlitz would be my favorite Napoleonic battle. Not to be one of cliché, it would be because it mirrors the gamble our General Lee took in May 1863 at Chancellorsville. Both were fought vastly differently, make no mistake of that, but the stakes were the same. Victory or total defeat. In the end, both were battles of divided armies and ended up as the victor's masterpiece fight. Also, if y'all could eventually do a grand campaign in the Eastern Theater of the Civil War, I would be wholly fascinated by it. Once again, great job here.
Great video chaps, love the length, content, format. Perfect! Favourite Napoleonic battle has to be Gorodetschna in 1812. Austrians and Saxons fighting side by side against the devilish Russians. We played this game with the Austrian CinC playing the cagey game, not wanting to get too involved (without Napoleon noticing) whilst the Saxon commander is desperate to get at the Russians to avenge an earlier defeat and rescue a brigade of Saxons taken prisoner days before. Great game.
Awesome video gentlemen! Favourite battle has to be Austerlitz, if for no other reason that it was the inspiration for the opening lines of Uptown Funk: " This hit, that ice-cold Michelle Pfeiffer, that white gold."
Brilliant video, i think youve inspired me to try to run something similar myself with Kriegsspiel. My favourite Napoleonic battle has to be Austerlitz, of course.
Great Video guys! I loved it! I love these campaigns best because then you can create all sorts of battles. Also I do agree that fog of war is just awesome. As to my favorite Napoleonic battle, it is so hard to pick. Austerlitz is understandably an easy pick because it is one of those rare times where the battle plan survives contact with the enemy. Plus, Napoleon plan his enemy's movements perfectly. I am a fan of the Peninsular War so Salamanca is another great pick. The Peninsular War would make a great topic for you guys to wargame. If I was forced to pick one, I think I would pick HMS Speedy vs. El Gamo. I just love Cochrane's bold daring tactics. He was truly the Napoleon of the high seas.
Fabulous campaign so far! The costumes are absolutely superb. I look forward to the Tsar's entrance onto the field, as well as the diplomatic maneuvers yet to come. I'd have to say Marengo is probably my favorite Napoleonic battle. Such a catalyst moment for the future of Europe and Napoleon himself.
My favorite Napoleonic battle has to be the Battle of Austerlitz. You guys did such a great job playing this historical battle and I enjoyed every minute of it. Keep up the amazing work.
Thanks for all the inspiration, the 1813 campaign and the books by Nafziger are what got me into Nappy’s many moons ago. I would have to say my favorite battle is the fight at Mockern during the Leipzig campaign.
I have fond memories of playing Napoleonics with a good friend of mine. We used FastPlay Grand Armee in 1/72 scale…made for some awesome games! My favorite battle is Talavera. Although I just recently got my 10yr old son to watch the 1970s Waterloo movie….so Waterloo is a close second. Take care and Merry Christmas!
I have to say I am also a fan of the back and forth Battle of Eylau - “Heads up by God! Those are bullets, not turds.” Amazing video, it’s great to see an amazing campaign play out!
I have always had a soft spot for the Battle of Nations, the sheer scale and number of factions involved meaning a vast array of uniforms and colour, the ideal Napolronic battle to see on the tabletop. Really enjoyed the video and you have saved me a load of research with the excellent free download.
As a side question, what models (remiments or nation rather than manufacturer) do you think work best for the Swedes if you cant acually get dedicated miniatures?
Magnificent gentlemen. Great to see George looking so well, I treasure most, if not all, of his books in my collection. The spring campaign of 1813 is a personal favourite and some years ago I spent a long weekend walking the fields around Bautzen.
Great opener to the 1813 campaign! I'm looking forward to the rest of the series. You are inspiring me for a 2024 campaign of my own. My favourite battle would be 1809 Aspern-Essling, and how far the Austrians had reformed their forces - even Napoleon himself acknowledged a new respect for them.
Very nice! From the beginning I was 100% sure that Napoleon's army will win the spring campaign. From historical Napoleonic battles my favorite is the battle of three emperors, the battle of Austerlic when Napoleon has less troops and he win the battle with only 1500 casualties. (also some Andrew fight on this battle (on the russian side) and almost die ;) )
Awesome video guys - can’t wait to see how the summer diplomatic proceedings turns out!! I think one of my favorite battles has always been Quatre Bras. It was a pivotal engagement in the Waterloo campaign. If the French had taken the crossroads early in the day, the battle of Ligny might have been even more of a disaster for the Prussians, which very possibly would have resulted in in them retreating east instead of north, which would have left Wellington swinging in the breeze.
My favorite Napoleonic Battle? Austerlitz. Both sides had a fair chance to win. Excellent video as always. I like the longer format more than I thought!
Hi guys, great episode and looking forward to the next season. Loving the Volley and Bayonet games which is ideal for this level of engagement. BTW favourite Napoleonic Battle is Quatre Bras.
Long awaited and not disappointing! That had some very interesting twists and turns. The lost art of French stubbornness stood the course and victory! I will give the Battle of Ulm as my favorite battle.
A great 1:05:28 Can’t wait for the next one, cheers! 🥃 . A favourite Napoleonic battle? that is a difficult question 🤔 I’m going to say Waterloo it was Napoleon’s final battle and I like the “what ifs” surrounding the battle of Waterloo and as Wellington said the battle was “the nearest run thing you ever saw in your life” . Happy Christmas!
I was really exited for this as the 1812-1813 campaigns are the best the Napoleonic Wars can offer, and I'm pleased to say I'm not disapointed, can't wait to see what heppens next. Also I'd say my favorite battle was is the Battle of Corunna.
You guys need to do a Siege of Fort Sackville (battle of Vincennes) game. I am from the area, and it is a very interesting battle. Well, it was more of a skirmish. American general George Rogers Clark (older brother of explorer William Clark) led his small force of 172 colonial militia men from Kaskaskias Illinois to Vincennes Indiana to Suprise attack commander and territorial British Govenor Henry Hamilton who had built a fortification in Vincennes after a campaign in Canada and Detroit. General Clark would lead his men to Vincennes in 1779 to take Fort Sackville from Hamilton. This would be a key strategic point for the American Revolution so the US could expand to the west later on. Hamilton had around 50 British regulars with 180 or so militia and 325 native American supporters. General Clark had marched his men well over 100 miles in swampy conditions to finally reach Vincennes. General Clark somehow managed to force a British surrender while only suffering 1 casualty. He was way outnumbered with no artillery whatsoever and still managed to destroy a force nearly 3 times the size of his. There is a whole memorial dedicated to him and so on in modern day Vincennes Indiana. It was more of a skirmish and lasted about 2 1/2 hours as most, but i think you could up the scales and so on to make a pretty interesting game. Good luck in 2024 and God Bless! Also I made it 1K comments!!
Thank you for another excellent video. I’ve enjoyed following the campaign on Patreon but watching the game takes it another level of enjoyment for me. As for my favorite Napoleonic era battle l have to say the battle of Assaye in 1803. Wellington’s first great battle, which foretold his superb command ability he would show later in Spain and cumulating at Waterloo.
What an awesome video, this is exactly the kind of fun wargaming we all dream of playing. A mixed systems approach is perfect to a fun multi player set up like this
I've always had a fondness for Vitoria- it's definitive proof that Wellington could do more than simply sit on a hill and fight defensively; and I love how the sweeping left hooks completely undermine what should have been a solid French position by cutting their lines of communication. Merry Christmas to you all!
What a pleasure watching and extra kudos form interviewing George Nafziger. 1813 has always been my favorite campaign ever since I first heard Nafziger’s Lutzen and Bautzen book as a teen in the early nineties. Didn’t know anything about it but, Napoleon being able to win two victories after stuffing complete disaster left me awestruck. One edit note the OOB for the second battle of Berlin has Bertrand leading the 6th Corps instead of the 4th.
Thank you all for all the effort you put into making this video and this campaign, I can’t wait to see more. One of the battles I find most interesting would be the cavalry charge at Den Helder because cavalry capturing ships will never not be funny and make my horse girl heart happy. For something a bit more serious the Battle of Marengo has always held a special fascination for me.
First off, Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas! Second, I am a big fan of the Marango Campaign solely due to your massive video. In fact without this channel, I was still ignorant to Napoleanic Wars. I just never got around to looking into it all. Always American conflicts. Either way, this 3 part'r looks absolutely fantastic! Cheers from Okinawa, Japan!
Oh we are supposed to leave a favorite battle too. I have been fascinated by the lines of Torres Vedras, maybe not a big battle but definitely fascinating.
This is the best episode you have ever made, the concept is what made me like Total war at the beginning before they ruined it. My favourite battle is actually Marengo where he had to do much with little and use his genius. Thanks for that episode by the way
This was a LOT of fun to watch! The whole campaign was balanced on the edge of a knife... and the advantage shifted back and forth... leaving the issue in doubt; as the struggle moves on into the Summer! WOW! On a completely different subject... my favorite Napoleonic Battle is Maida! Little Wars TV Rules! Well Done!
Great Video! My Favorite battle has to Eylau as well. The entire campaign is fascinating and truly shows that Napoleon's enemies were slowly learning his various tricks. Love the content!
The Battle of Austerlitz is my favorite battle. First battle I read about, so it has special place in my historical heart. Today’s video was great! While it is LWTV longest video to date it covers an enormous subject and I’m sure it could have stretched on longer. Excellent work making it seem like less time than it was, very entertaining. I always wondered how a long video from you guys would be. I’m pleasantly not disappointed. It’s not an easy task to make long videos like this. I look forward to the upcoming parts to this amazing Campaign.
Miles being seated at Napoleon-appropriate height between his Marshals really adds to the authenticity
Hahaha right?? We will see you in the Fall Carl!

Well, Napoleon was about 3" taller than the average man, but the victors dictate the history ;-)

What I’m basically trying to say is, “he who defends everything defends nothing.”
I’d love to see a replay of this scenario, perhaps reversing the teams?
Lovely to see Hollandspiele getting some recognition in board gaming, their works are wonderful!
Fantastic campaign, I am really enjoying it.
Mary X Mass and a happy NY to you all. As an ex sailor I have to say Trafalgar with Borodino a close second to scratch my Russian itch.
Happy holidays!
As a Polish person, I'm absolutely astonished we actually had a big influence on Napoleon's army. I thought we were a minor ally at best, a useless puppet at worst.
P.S: I don't want that board game
As a Pole, you’ll find the Summer turn quite interesting. The Duchy of Warsaw turns out to be an unexpected factor
@@LittleWarsTV
Thanks for all the hard work on this video
Hype-Hype-Hype! I’m so hyped for this series!!! I wanted to see this as soon as you announced this many moons ago
You guys are a literal treasure on UA-cam!! Thanks for these videos! Does Tragalgar count?
Lovely little campaign
I do wonder how Miles as Napoleon will stack up to Steve as Pyrrhus
You’ll be the judge!
Never knew I needed more like 2 hours of this.
FOR GOD! FOR COUNTRY! FOR OUR NAPOLEON!
Awesome game! You guys are so entertaining! Love the map!!!
Fave Nap battle: Aspern-Essling
The season ends on a cliffhanger -- the Summer Armistice!
Many thanks for the video and the campaign supplement.
My favourite Napoleonic battle has always been Dresden 1813! Glad to see that city has been pivotal in your campaign!
Oh good one. Big missed opportunity for Napoleon. With some cavalry that could have been a decisive victory. Maybe a campaign changing victory…
I've enjoyed this more than the new film. Whenever I watch these I always feel so inspired. Thanks
However, after watching this, I think I might look further into it :D
That being said...my favorite battle I think would have to be Borodino...or is it Austerlitz...hard to say. Either way, gaming in the Napoleonic era is quite fun...now if you'll all excuse me, got some 10mm Nappy figs to primer and paint
😁
If I was to start over, 10mm is the way to go!
The battle perfectly summed up the allied spirit through the age: militarily competent yet politically daft as the battle saw the shameful treaty of Sintra
Cheers!
Love this! I really appreciate the obviously HUGE amount of work that went into this crazy project. Can't wait to see the rest!!
This is better than the latest Napoleon movie. Thanks guys. Keep it up. Napoleonic era is a great time period to research, game and think about.
Thanks for posting guys, 1813 in CE is a favourite, and Leipzig a favourite battle. Vintage LW TV 👍👍
Waterloo is always a classic for me! I'm excited to see the rest of this campaign.
My favorite battle is Bautzen for the sheer scale and potential of the battle. As always, hugely entertaining!
Favourite battle has to be Austerlitz, if for no other reason that it was the inspiration for the opening lines of Uptown Funk: " This hit, that ice-cold
Michelle Pfeiffer, that white gold."
I can't wait to dig in to this video. As a fellow Pennsylvanian, I always enjoy watching your content.
Thanks for all the inspiration, the 1813 campaign and the books by Nafziger are what got me into Nappy’s many moons ago. I would have to say my favorite battle is the fight at Mockern during the Leipzig campaign.
Always love seeing your content, especially when you get into the Roleplay
This is fantastic! I love the longer format too.
Magnificent gentlemen. Great to see George looking so well, I treasure most, if not all, of his books in my collection. The spring campaign of 1813 is a personal favourite and some years ago I spent a long weekend walking the fields around Bautzen.
Battle of Leipzig is my favourite battle - You guys and the channel are great, keep it up 😃
Great opener to the 1813 campaign!
Board looks great! Mountains are particularly nice
Well Done!
aims to concentrate south, ends up concentrating north due to a logistical blunder. Another little wars tv classic. :D
