Phil, I dont see my reply here. Thank you for letting me share. The R5 II really is an amazing body with amazing AF - at least I think so. And pigeons - I love them and forget how iridescent they are. 🙏🤗💖
Thanks for another great video, John. You seem much happier with this camera/lens combination than your previous video with the Z6iii and 150-600mm combination but I preferred the colours from your shots in the Nikon video. What are your thoughts about it?
Than you for letting me share. To put it bluntly, the Nikon Z6III and 180-600 paring was the most dismal I have used - I tried to be nice about how I said it but it was not a set up for me. I like the Z8 and 600 PF - that was awesome, but this body..... the best and most accurate I have used. I like Canon because each of the bodies just seems to have better AF than that last one that just came out - this one exceeds that. My favorite paring for me at the moment is the R5 Mark II and the 200-800 - super impressive!! 🙏🤗💖
Amazing close ups! Brilliant colours! Loving what you are capturing with this setup! Love the two dragonflies!!!!!! Thank you! - Gaylin, Ontario Canada
Dragonflies and hummingbirds..... and butterflies..... and damselflies and spiders LOL - my favorites!! Thank you, thank you for letting me share. It means the world to me!! 🙏🤗💖

I loved the dragon flies and the ducks but the pigeon's were my favorite! :) I think you may end up buying an R5 Mark II soon, JP!

When my R52 came in all my birds around my property dissappeared and the temps jumped up. Cursed. LoL.
Wildlife is a crapshoot!! LOL I go to the same places all the time because I know I will get something. 🙏🤗💖
