Dear Lisa - congrats for this great and interesting travel report! It inspired me to spend hours researching the areas you traveled through by train (including the historical aspects). Russia covers such a large area and such diverse regions. Since I wouldn't be able to go on a trip like this due to my back problems, I'll just travel with you virtually and feel almost like I used to be on a journey of discovery in my younger years..🙂 What I find particularly wonderful is that you are "building bridges" between different people all over the world with your videos.

Hello lovely cool Lisa, spassiba for the very nice travel vlog. A real pleasure to discover Siberia with you ! a fascinating place. Cheers from Paris, see you soon in a new travel advenure
This was amazing. I enjoy seeing all the places you traveled past. Russia is truly a beautiful country crossing through the far east. It was nice to see the traveling accommodations abord the Trans-Siberian railway, which in it of itself is an extraordinary engineering man-made system. I can't wait to see Lake Baikal and many other places. Thank you Lisa for sharing your experiences with us! Have a safe journey!
The history of the TransSiberian railway was a fascinating one!!! Many men died building that railway which was very critical for Russia's future and economy!!! The railroads was and are very critical pieces of Infrastructure.

A week long journey. Siberia is literally like another country. Outside the main cities, its small towns and untouched wilderness. If you want to live in the middle of nowhere, its a perfect place! Only question is the remoteness on your bucket list? Not for everyone but for the right person it could be a dream come true. Six more days to go and lots more to see before Lisa arrives home in Moscow! 😊
@@lisa_with_love I love small town life and I too wouldn’t want to live in the middle of nowhere.
Thankyou for your Train journey. I did the same in January. Wonderful 7 day trip everyone should experience.Nice seeing the countryside green. I did second class. You’re brave doing open carriages.😊😊 cheers from Australia
Lisa, yes I remember Skovorodino very well from your trip last year 😊. How do you like sharing a space with all these different neighbors coming and going at different stops along the route? The scenery looks very beautiful.
I remember spotting that town on a map of Russia (or at the time, the Soviet Union) when I was, like, fifteen years old and thinking "that really looks like about as far away into Nowhere as you could get" (apart from purely uninhabited wilderness, of course), "- I wonder what it's like there?". :) Around the same time I caught a documentary about the BAM on tv here in Sweden, which gave a rare glimpse of the region... :)
@@lisa_with_love Lisa, you can't even imagine how hard it was to find photos of everyday settings in Russia, in the days before 1990, here in western Europe, before the internet and before the iron curtain came down. Or photos of pre-1917 Russia (apart from some very famous buildings and famous people). I know, because I actually tried... :)
Lisa I found your channel today. I studied Russian History in High School. I had a great teacher, that made it very interesting. Your country has a great History, Great Culture and potential for a great future, conditional on getting rid of your dictator! BTW you speak very good English
What a lovely country! Train trip picnics! Salad Olivier, now enjoyed all over the world! Give any soldiers best wishes from central america please Lisa! You are in good hands!
Thanks Lisa, interesting way to travel. I was born in Harbin China, and I knew this rail line has an extension going through that city. It's time to build a high speed rail line that can travel 350 kilometers per hour. Then, your whole journey would take only a little over 1 day, instead of a week. This line has always been Russia's link to the Far East. The train cars must change its rail gauge once crossed the border into China.
That’s interesting info. HSR would be great for commutes and can maybe slow down in the most scenic sections. Misleaders complaining about Chinese ’overcapacity’ would probably have collective aneurism if it was expended so clearly against their U.S. in, Russia out, Germany (Europe) down mantra..
A little creepy sleeping near strangers - especially if they snore (or make other sounds) but (a) you see more of the country and (b) it's still probably safer than flying (these days).
HI Vasilisa. I loved part 1 of your adventure. I think you must have lots of patience and a good sense of humour to survive the lack of personal space. I know you go to great lengths to keep us entertained and informed. Thankyou.❤ (Glad you got your coffee mug back)
Wow what a trip. Russia is huge , 5 days to travel from one extreme to the other is incredible. In western Europe you can go from one to another in hours, not in Russia !!! Nice video !!!!
Thank you for making good clips. I am preparing to study in Vladivostok. This September I really liked your clips. Hope to see you and I'll treat you to coffee.from thailand❤

It's such an incredible journey, isn't it? I had a similar trip in 2018 but it was only from Moscow to Irkutsk on the Baikal lake and I made some stops on the way for a few nights in Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, and Irkutsk. It was a trip of a lifetime, so watching this video now brings some beautiful memories. I wish to be able to do this trip again in the near future! Thanks for the video :-)

I love the trans-siberian videos, so much beautiful places that i have never imagined, thank you.
Thanks for watching! See you soon 👍
Thanks for taking us along for the ride.
Thanks a lot! That is amazing 🗻😇😇🤭🤭
This is truly an adventure... 🙂GOOD LUCK!
yeah it was ! thank you 🗻
Crazy big beautiful country.
@@DavidZinselmeier With global warming, Siberia will be the breadbasket of the world...not that Russia is not already such.

I didn't meet very bad people on the train but I was tired in the end to spend time with random strangers
Thank you very much! You are doing great videos. Hope to see u soon!
I'm from Poland, today I accidentally watched your film. I really liked the movie. I have always dreamed of traveling on the Trans-Siberian Railway.❤
HELLO ❤️ MOSCOW!
🥰🥰🥰
Yes, Harbin is considered a Russian city, Chinese Eastern Railway
and the word “pochefanit” is still used today
That is one long ass trip!
yes it is, but it was fine in the end 😂
Thank you for uploading this video and sharing your experience! I am really hoping to be able to make this journey myself one day.
Greetings from Toronto. I enjoyed your video. Beautiful scenery. Great commentary.
A little creepy sleeping near strangers - especially if they snore (or make other sounds) but (a) you see more of the country and (b) it's still probably safer than flying (these days).
yeah just need to be prepared for that, it better to travel with your family of friends
Chào bạn,hôm nay tôi sẻ theo sau bạn bất cứ khì nào bạn xuất hiện tôi sẻ đồng hành cung bạn trái nghiệm khám phá nước bạn nga xinh đẹp❤❤🎉
My mood was refreshed by the lush, green and beautiful scenery 😊

Keep up the good work, Vasilisa ❤
Hello lovely Lisa. You are amazing.❤️
hello! thank you 🗻
HI Vasilisa. I loved part 1 of your adventure. I think you must have lots of patience and a good sense of humour to survive the lack of personal space. I know you go to great lengths to keep us entertained and informed. Thankyou.❤
(Glad you got your coffee mug back)
Enjoyed your trip vicariously. You are a good narrater
Glad you enjoyed it ❤

Wow what a trip. Russia is huge , 5 days to travel from one extreme to the other is incredible. In western Europe you can go from one to another in hours, not in Russia !!! Nice video !!!!

Dear Lisa you are a real hero for me. I can not imagine myself stay on train for seven days. It must take a lot of courage to make the journey, so you can create a video for us.This is extremely interesting video and as always in your cute style. I am so happy, I am following you for quite a time. Thank you so much.
hello, I was mentally preparing for long time haha
@@lisa_with_love I am impressed, I would freak out. Your videos have kind of nice vibe and tempo for me. I like them a lot.
What a beautiful journey! I started watching this series on the Trans-Siberian train, hoping to finish watching all the videos until you reach Moscow in a couple of days from now.
Lovely video thx.
Great . All the best for your journey
Amazing epic journey! Looking forward to Part II !
