i use satin floss since any other kind of floss (waxed, unwaxed) tears up and rips on me. i can use waxed/unwaxed if i dont have anything else, but its just really tedious to use since it rips sooo often and doesnt like to stretch.
Isnt there a risk that some of the plaque is pushed down in the pocket between the teeth? And another question: is it better to floss before or after brushing?
Personally after careful thinking, I decided to floss first, to get rid of the most amount of food remaining with the floss , and then brush to work on the details. But I would like to hear what the doctor suggests.

It probably bleeds because you haven’t flossed for a long time... once you floss for like a week, it’ll stop bleeding.
