I like this video so much, it shows the whole process of bread making. Bread making is hard work, bread is sometimes underappreciated compared to other sweets, but it is a wonderful craft and you feel very satisfied seeing the final product. I am undoubtedly fanatic about bread-making!

Well, If you know the ingredients then measurements are just a matter or time. A good request, I believe ingredients which are made and produced in Japan are second to none in the world.
Am currently doing it it's not as easy as u might think but if u love it go for it nothing feels better than seeing people smile after buying what u made with you own bare hands

パン🍞焼くようになって２年。発酵を入れると焼き上がりまで３時間位掛かります。毎日この量をリズミカルにこなして要るなんて❤️ずっと見ていられます。
きもちよさそうな生地、溶岩窯で焼くパン食べてみたい。
バケット、コロッケパン、クロワッサン美味しいでしょうね。趣味の範囲のパン作りはストレス解消ホントに楽しいです。私も仕事から帰って夜焼くこともあります。お仕事となると楽しいばかりではないと思います。
