At MWC 2022, Lenovo unveiled 3 Chromebooks in total and if you weren’t paying too close attention, there’s a good chance you noted the new Chromebook Duet 3 and Flex 5i, but missed the Flex 3i in that press release. That’s understandable as the Duet 3 and Flex 5i bring some substantial improvements to the table, but we can’t forget about Lenovo’s more-affordable entry in this latest batch of Chromebooks, either.

I have 1 in gold bought 1,5 year ago I think or a year.(11 or 12 inch)Its amazing device and the possibilities on this are huge including with the software! I only think it's quite heavy because of the metal
This looks nice enough, but it does seem to be a bit big to use in portrait mode, which is one of the main selling points of a 2 in 1. The small size of the base Flex 3 is a major benefit!
In my opinion these are the kind of features you should have anyways when you're spending $400.

Hello, I have a question on an affordable under $200 Chromebook I've seen on Best buy's website, the Lenovo flex 3 Chromebook. I see one with the Intel n4020 and one with mediatek MT8183. Besides this, they seem to have everything else similar. Which of the two would you recommend going with? Or if there are any slightly better Chromebooks under $250, I'd like to take any recommendations.

The Intel CPU is better if you want to add Linux stuff on it.

Can you open the Chromebook with one hand while it's on the table?
For me, opening a Chromebook laptop without using two hands is very important.
I hate when they add the numeric keypad. That makes the trackpad off center, and it often makes the other keys slightly smaller to fit it in
So chromebooks are getting better and *cheaper.

The Flex 3i is certainly intriguing, but for about the same money I could get the Duet 3 🙂

@@josephb8499 yes it is. Duet 3 isn't traditional laptop and even though it is smaller it takes up close to the same amount of space on a table.
All these naming conventions get really difficult to keep track of, especially when there can only be minor variations in the names, would you ever consider putting the model numbers in the description so people can find the exact laptops that you've made a review of?
I think it is huge for a Chromebook, 14"ish or smaller is portable for me. But it's ok👍 👍 .I liked the Chromebook Duet 3 better.

Can it play 1080p60-Videos without problems?
Can you imagine a chromebook with AMD 6000 series that is more saving power than ever, and then installed with Chrome OS. It will become the longest laptop that can live on battery (maybe)

I just got the c340 15.6 i3 I have to see how this new chromebook performs.
I was going to get that one but I realized I cannot because of the vents AND the speakers on the bottom which prevent me from putting it on my bed which I do all the time.
3:21 "A little bit of flex" I wouldn't call anything a good keyboard if the space key/mousepad can't stay still while I type.
Amazon is selling the Flex 5i for the same price right now. This doesn't seem like the best deal.
amazon is also selling the hp chromebook x360 14c at that price as well, a chromebook that retails for 700 bucks
If you want a bigger screen and no fans it's a good buy over the Flex 5i and 14c.
@@Yoko.Kurama yep.. most people don't realize how valuable it is to have no fans OR speakers on the bottom which is ridiculous IMO.. I put these things on my bed daily for hours.

Are you sure this the same lenovo flex 3i as shown most review? It shouldnt be 15 in. More like 11.6?
