Thanks for a very nice and fair review of this crazy project. :D Only thing I would add to it is that this model is also aimed for those who wants to put much effort into post-processing with sanding, painting and things like that (which I don't have the patients for nor the skills). That it runs (occasionally between breakdowns) is just a bonus. :) As you got perfectly right in the review, my interest was the internal structure and the buildup of the full size car and not the RC-car driving part of it. I must admit that the one and only prototype I ever built, which is in my video, has not been driven more than a few times totally before I placed it on the shelf and moved on to the next project. :) Some users on my forum have put way more work into the finishing touches than I ever did and it's super fun to watch their results.
Thanks man, its a beautiful model! So glad to have been able to build it. I think it gets the most looks when people stop by to check out the workshop.

Bronco looks pretty cool man, might have to build it at some point :) Do you have any demo videos of it showing how it actually performs/runs/sounds/speed/turning IRL? How would you compare it to something like the 3dsets rancher or the AN3DRC blazer? Gearbox looks pretty similar to the 3dsets original brushed one before they upgraded to brushless. Hows the reliability on the Bronco? That would be my main worry with this model I think with the open diff in the front and mostly 3d printed shocks and driveshafts etc. I see in your build guide you say not to go forward and then backwards rapidly which must mean you've had trouble overpowering the drivetrain.
@@rcprinter Thank you very much my friend! I posted some videos on my channel, but they are not well edited so far. In the future I will do some serious footage! Honestly I never printed a model from 3Dsets or AN3DRC, so I cannot give you a comparison, it's my first 3D printed RC car and honestly I don't know how was designed the gearbox of the Rancher but I used some original solution on the transmission (I was inspired by my experience on the automotive engineering). You are correct regarding the forward/backward manouver, I noticed some failures on the driveshaft or differential due to high torque stress but I completely solved that with a new design and in the middle of this week I will upload that! Looking forward to see the 3RONCO in your channel :) Keep it up!

Is there any project file for the bigger size,chassie,parts,engine interior etc?
I don't think anyone has created a larger version but you could ask over at the forums at www.depronized.com

The tires are TPU... you need to cast some rubber tires.

It really depends on which motor, esc, shocks you choose. $200-ish maybe is a ballpark starting point without a controller and battery.
Its good
