@@sirboomsalot4902 there exists a briefing paper from Heinz Guderian to Hitler claiming that an unofficial name, Hetzer, had spontaneously been coined by the troops. also when u say jagdpanzer most will assume the jagdpanzer IV
Adrian Messina I have heard about the briefing paper. And technically Jagdpanzer isn’t wrong, and while your right some might confuse it for the Jagdpanzer IV I think the “Hetzer” is more we’ll known
That’s actually a dream business of mine. A firm that reproduces working examples of tanks (along with vehicles, artillery and weapons) from the Second World War according to their blueprints, with modern safety mechanisms built in such as auto fire extinguishers, emergency engine cutoffs, etc. Tanks such as the Panther, Tiger and Tiger II would be outfitted with propulsion systems capable of properly powering them without engine failure, and everything my firm would make would be specially designed to ensure they could never be used to fire live rounds. I don’t quite know what form that would take, but I can dream dammit!
I feel like every time I see or watch an event going on, it's the Russian and German reenactors that appear to be having the most fun. The Americans always seem like such hardos.
Артём Александров It's not likely that the Red Army could afford to equip every soldier with a helmet, so reenactors get passes, since the real reason is because most reenactors have bigger heads than what original M40 helmets are. And reproduction M36 helmets aren't any better
I imagine that the small arms fire is from functioning firearms firing blanks, but the tank firing might have been some kind of special effect smoke maker placed in the barrel vs inserting a powder charge. Although there have been a few accidents, there are very strict checks and guidelines in place to make sure that people are only carrying blanks and not live ammunition. Bayonets (affixed) are also prohibited.
Never have an ambush turn into a meeting engagement with a infantry supported tank. Germans would never do that. They would get flanked just like they did. Why do reenactments always portray German soldiers as stupid. Charging tanks? Dunno.
Russian infantry did not roll up their sleeves. Not according to the Ordinance. Русские рукава не закатывали. 5:58 За красным знаменем Русские шли, только с криком - УРА!!! 5:58 For the red flag was Russian, with only a cry - HURRAY!!!
In the beginning as the t34 rolled out of the treeline the German infantry could have easily overrun it while the halftrack layed down cover fire but whatever
You’re the only UA-camr who somehow manages to make spectating seem as fun as being one of the reenactors... good job.
this is way bigger than most reeanactments ive been to I was one of the German reeancaters and it was amazing
@Bro wake up It’s 2006
The T-34/85 is a real tank and I think the Hetzer is a restoration one.
T-34 crew: We are done playing games. Few seconds later, loads in HE round.
Why does the Jagdpanzer look so badass when turning into firings position? especially with the commander out
That’s a hetzer smh
Adrian Messina “Hetzer” is most likely a post war name. It’s real name was the Jagdpanzer 38(t)

Hetzer 75mm goes boom
Arma 4 looks great
We need to make these tanks again for reenactment purposes

@@richardphilpott1013 thats cool
1:37 And here I was thinking "The Russian Bear" was symbolic.
“FEINDLICHER PANZER!!!” Man i would not like to hear that on the battlefield.
Very nice Footage!!!!!! Greetings from Germany
Als ob ihr hier seid Haha :D
Hallo mein freund. :D
One of the best re-enactment videos I've ever seen.
Yet again, only a few people died despite tank, truck, and field gun support...
The fun reenacting is not in laying dead after 1 minute.
Awesome, I live in Rockford!
Same. I was actually there for this at WW2 days. It was a pretty good show.
Thank you for keeping the memory of those events

When I saw the fallchirmjagers go in I went OOOOOOOOO FALLCHIRMJAGERS YAY!!!!
5th Fallschirmjaeger Reenactor that are SS’ers
Nope. Ramcke Division
05:17 - there are yugoslav partisan reenactors? how cool is that?

that low ready stance is killing me
Everybody gangsta till the Soviets begin to Rush
Beautiful T-34
1:05 *beep beep* come on boys, babushka is waiting!
Why almost all Soviet soldiers in caps? Are you having problems with helmets?

Way better than documentary they dont show the real battles they only show the allie troops
Cut!! That's a rap everyone!
What the Germans were shouting in German, "FIRE FIRE FIRE FIRE FIRE FIRE FIRE" (or in its untranslated form "FEUR FEUER FEUER FEUER")
*That's T-34-85 not normal T-34*
Same line of tank though, if you could recognize it as a T-34 theres no issue
Well done!
do they use blank guns?

Considering how Mosins are cheap these days, I'm assuming it was easy to get a lot of those there.
6:57 bro just ragdolled
Damn they all respawn quick
yugoslav flag in the background eyyyyy
How you get T-34 medium tank ?
It was gift from the USSR in 1991 from Mikhail Gorbachev, I'll find a link to a video where the crew of the tank explains the story
Here's the video ua-cam.com/video/dz5aEO2_CA8/v-deo.html
Это очень классно, передаём привет от реконструкторов снг
Teacher: Ok class our project for today is roleplaying
Girls: Omg I would like some love story into it
Boys:
@Mateus Dutra They shoot blanks, so it looks like it's firing, but nothing is actually fired from the gun
@Mateus Dutra I'm not sure about Brazil since this reenactment is in America, so you'll have to look it up

This is very STRONK. We achieved victory for our comrades. Time to blast the USSR anthem.
Where Do You Buy The Tanks?
They aren’t for sale sadly, only tanks I know that are sometimes recreated
for re-enactment purposes is Sherman’s
You gonna buy the freaking tanks? XD
no uuuuuurraaahhh???
There was urah 5:56
good combas
donde conseguir ese tipo de armas a fogeo acá en chile la m1
It is airsoft?
Love the addition of the Polish soldiers
Re-enacting would be way more intense with rubber bullets ngl
That hurts quiet a bit, airsoft bullets would work

was the t-34 shooting live rounds?
No all rounds and shells are blanks

ну куда же советский солдат без флага)клюквенно, но остальное очень даже хорошо)
И закидали трупами, хотя не один советский командир не стал бы отдавать этот приказ

They have a hull machine gun on the tank, though, and I don’t understand what a halftrack would’ve done to a tank
If that was a Pak 40 the germans used, they should've been able to destroy that russian tank with ease the moment it rolled on the battlefield.
Funny thing is, resonators don't like destroying they're gear. y'all gotta remember this is just for fun
This guns real or fake?
Meotti Andrey . Real. The reenactors are shooting blanks.
Немцы играют в русских солдат потрясающе )
7:40 M1 GARAND! But,other than that,very good reenactment!
That ain’t a garand, though, it’s obviously bolt-action
