2014 Toyota RAV4 Sport Headlights to LED conversion(Night Version) , where I went into technical details of installing LED headlights conversion kit into Fourth generation XA40; 2012-2018. Earlier production of 4th generation of RAV4 Low Beam and High beam were converted to LED. After 2016 they mostly used different headlights, where Low and High- beams were same bulb. Hello friend, I have the same truck and I have problems with the 9005 led input does not fit the connector as you did so I could enter and I saw in your video that this part of the connector where the light is going is broken

they are both 9005, but I had only 9006 for high/DRL. NOt every LED kit would work there.
you can disconnect DRL from high-beams and make DRL some other bulbs, like corner lights or put different lights for that.

I do not remember for sure, but i think, between 1500 to 2000
I have rav4 2015. Do I need to adjust the LED's to get the better lighting?since the housing socket is on the side instead on the back?
no, good LED conversion kit, just replaces the bulb(source of light) , It should not change the direction of light.

If your car is of the same year, it should be like I said in this video, I think 9005 for low beam

Do you get a bulb out error on your dash when installing led headlights?
Not with LED kit that I have used. Not for 2014 and 2015 models.
Is there a problem with overheating?
shouldn't be if you make one or 2 tiny holes in covers for low-beams. in Summer heat headlights need a little air circulation. So far, no problems since the day this was done.
@@artworkslights did you use the same bulb for low and high beams?
@@teenermeener971 bulb number is the same, but LED design could be different. Some LED conversion kits cannot work with DRL mode, so you need a kit for that or disable DRL.

if they are loose, then you don't trim them. Are you tryin to convert high beams? you can use seals from originals bulbs on LED kit

Do you know how the two little led lights above the signal light turn on?i seeing another video of a guy who had them on.
It depends on production year and different headlights that were factory installed in these cars,; also, there may be settings on information screen(cluster) , where you can turn it on or off.
@ cris c to answer your question the guy you see on the other video he modified his that’s means he did some work to make it light up. Factory rav 4 those don’t light up.
How can you make the led Cool if it is enclosed?

Does the high beam have the ballast covers to put back in?
I am not sure exactly about your question, but if you talking about headlight covers/caps or boots to cover the bulb in the back, this model of a headlight
What type of bulbs you got?.. Brand and style Please. I want to change my lights but im afraid is not going to fit inside the cover of the low beams.
I have few different style LED conversions that I use. it depends which bulbs do you want to convert and what year is your car. There are quite few headlights for Rav4.
