Stid using oil can i use soap in water on my face
Lol best time to start is now with a lot of people working from home. Stay safe out there folks!
That's what I did. Found out I need Minoxidil and a Dermaroller lol wish me luck
Eric's powers used for good! Oh the Power!
That little add at 4:00 was actually funny asf😂😂 Eric if you did that, just know that was hilarious.
Props goes to Ben the editor for the idea and Carlos for lining up the sponsorship. -Eric
I was in the military from age 18 to age 33, shaved everyday of my life for almost 15 years. Well I just got out in mid February 2020, and I'm 1 month into my first beard ever! It's slow moving, but I'm looking forward to what's to come. Hopefully it grows well, it'd be nice to see a different face in the mirror. I just need the encouragement to keep growing! Love the channel!
Cool. You're retired now with a good pension?
So whats the sitrep on that beard, soldier?
This video is great ! Straight up dude talk. I like to watch you video for my grandkids and males in my family. They make great gifts. When you do instructions the visual really helps. Thank You for your time.
Good advice, I’ve done this while working in the corporate office with the “must be professional” stipulations, no one ever said shave, always got lots of compliments!
Love the channel, growin out the stache, keep up the good work!
Good seeing you Eric.
I loved this kind of humorous video, well done .
Iv started my beard growing the day my company told us to work from home! 2 weeks in...I feel I’m past the hardest part and now I’m just enjoying the process of seeing it get fuller and fuller. Kind of exciting as Iv NEVER tried to grow out my beard because I never wanted to go into work “looking” like I just got up out of bed.
Great information on the trimmer. Not something I had ever thought about when growing out your beard, but it makes total sense to keep it uniform. Is that the same hat that’s available on the website? Looks great!
Sure is 🧢
-Ben
Just by seeing this guy my beard is already growing faster, Great tips.. you have charisma ..
im glad that this guy is keeping the beard very short, he has a very goodlooking face. good genes, much love from Norway
Lmao " little did he know"
😂
Btw Eric, the beardstache is amazing 👌🏻
should re-title the video " this is the perfect time to grow your beard during quarantine" or something along the lines of that, it would bring more traction.
Cheers, and stay safe
I am planning on ordering the “Silver & Gold Line Fragrance Sample Sets” from Beardbrand. I just wanted everyone to know that.
i’m glad u did bc i didn’t know that was a thing, gotta go order it now
This is a great video on growing a beard but in a well-groomed way.
Looking nice ❤️
This is hilarious! Good tips too. Please! ... Use your powers for good. Luv ya Eric.
Been growing out my beard for about 11 months and I just noticed that my neckline is naturally above my Adam's apple. I never line it up anyway since my beard is long af lol.
My side burns, mustache and goatee grow a lot quicker than my cheeks leaving like an extended mustache that goes all the way down into the bulk of my beard. I’m getting new growth all the time so it’s hard to keep everything even. Thinking of just letting it go for a few months. Good advice on using the guard.
You are growed a beard?
YOU ARE ONE COOL CAT
What about long beards and how to trim it right
I thought we had decided "clean" was a bad term - as in "clean shaven" was unfair to bearded men? I thought I heard Eric say that in the past?
Holy shit, the Brio bit KILLED ME 😂😂
Also yes, love the Beardscape! Bought it a couple of months ago when I read y’all’s recommendation on the site. Great to!
Id like to see examples of cutting too high underneath and the difference in looks with a fuller beard. He says 1 finger above the apple, I think I went higher because I just didnt want all that hair on my neck . Im at 5-6 months now and Im not sure where to go from here. Never really having had a beard before Im kinda not sure what its supposed to look like haha My stache is driving me crazy always in my damn mouth but Im scared to cut it uneven and its hard to distinguish like which hairs belong to the stache and which belong to the sides and the beard lol Should I be trying to get all the hairs to meet at the ends of both the stache and at the bottom of the beard?
@@hapaulino Thanks bro. I used 2 fingers also on the neck. I brush all the hairs up away from the neck then on the outside brush straight down again. This gives me like a reverse crown appearance all the way around at the bottom. idk hard to explain haha idk what i am doing. Is that normal/acceptable or should the bottom be full going all the way to the neck line by like only brushing everything down?
How long did it take to grow a mustache
So trimming down the sides makes the jaw hairs look denser?
6:25 why is that? I dont understand that.. It is my first time now really trying to grow a beard, because I do not have the strongest growth. I used to trim against the grain always. Why does it not work the same way?
I’m at 1 month right now. Using old money beard oil as I grow!👌
Smart man 👍
-Ben
I need that coat, just saying. Wheres it from?
Belstaff made it. -Eric
@@BeardbrandAlliance and that's £350 out of my budget! Thanks for the reply though
Lol 😂 Like at 6:52
was Eric always this silly (ilovet)
I’ve been pretty silly for a while, but our video editor Ben has been given the green light to take it up a notch. -Eric
Awsome video little story to share been growing my first time beard for 4 months it was about 4 1/2 inches long very nice a little unruly so decides to go to a barber whom has a nice beard himself ......so i ask him to give it a little shape not much cutting so he turns me away from the mirror and goes to work very excited to see the outcome when i reach for th stache to say dont cut i like a big sam elliot type mustache its gone he turns me around and bam like getting hit by a f*****g mack truck he cut my d**n beard from 4 1/2 inches to like 2 weeks of stubble first time in 39 years of life ive felt totally disheartened now i know how a woman feels when they get a bad hair cut
I don’t understand the need for beard oil when your guys utility balm is more versatile and does more for the beard/face/hair/skin then the oil does? Maybe it’s a preference or texture thing but I find it pointless when you offer the utility balm and all its glory..
With your gold line utility balms...I actually FIND excuses to put it on myself all throughout the day, even when I don’t need it, just because the scents of these is so tremendous..I would assume it’s similar to being a heroin addict who needs another fix/high...
Hello Eric, thank you for video, I decided to grow a beard, moustache, goatee and sides are think but cheeks are thin but not patchy and every part is connected, so will it get thicker?
I always give up after 3 weeks. It becomes ridiculously itchy.
Where is Jack? Was such a relatable guy..
He's working with Disney now. We miss him here in the office too. -Eric
Jack was my favourite, I still watch his yeard journey today. Every week I watch the corresponding week of his journey. Helps me stay strong and not cave
I dont have a neck
Hey Eric, I have a relatively short beard I’m on the 3 month mark and it’s about an Inch in length and it’s very kinky and curly, I used a straightening brush and your hairdryer method and the hair always ends up curling upwards and it doesn’t look the best , would you have any ideas or advice for this situation?
My beard is similar. Not sure if as much as yours but I've just let it be and keep growing. After a while, it will have enough length where the blow dryer and round brush method work
Been growing for a month and half have more hair growth on my chin than cheeks, looks like a mess, not sure what to do..
Same here, just let it grow and then think about it again once the quarantine is over
Already 13mm long now since the globe is quarantined it’s a great time to get to 20 mm. Ps. I’m 19 and a college student
Eric......were you drunk filming this one?? Lol
If you close your eyes you get John C. Reilly telling you about beards.
Get beardbrand back to europe. Utility balm. That's good stuff.
12 rules of beard

You should’ve mentioned the COVID-19
Lol 😂
What is your view about beards and mustaches being carriers for the Coronavirus?
Wash the beard Bro. Keep It clean .
Dont looks at the news all they do is lie about stuff they dont know about
They were speaking about nurses and health providers.
Why are you supposed to trim down with a beard trimmer? I’ve always trimmed against the grain with guards cuz i thought that’s what keeps everything even (I don’t have much beard maintenance knowledge cuz my dad isn’t in my life anymore due to being an asshole). I’ve pretty much taught myself about everything shaving related so if anyone can give me advice on why you trim down that would be appreciated
According to Eric, trimming down takes off less length. At the beginning stages of a beard, it doesn't matter as much. But as you get more length, trimming down helps keep the hair shaped while taking off less.
And sorry to hear about your dad. I'm glad you're taking steps to learn this stuff for yourself! There's a wealth of knowledge in this community -- you've come to the right place.
-Ben
Beardbrand Alliance Thanks so much! And I’m happy my dad isn’t in my life actually. He was emotionally abusive and I cut him out, and since then I’ve been the happiest I’ve ever been so don’t worry!
definitely better without a beard bro
U look like Lucifer in supernatural
when your wife don't want you to let grow more than a goatie!!
Love their videos, but these guys add glycerin to their beard oil for some reason, and the stuff just doesn't work well (for my beard, at least).
Glycerin is part of the grapefruit seed extract. It’s a better anti-microbial than vitamin e in our lab tests. It’s used in such a small percentage you’d be a superhero to tell the difference. In addition to that, glycerin is a great skin care ingredient so I’m not sure why one would be against it.
Also, we have a happiness guarantee with our products. Didn’t find any orders under your UA-cam user name. Hit up support@beardbrand.com with your order number and we’ll make you right.
@@BeardbrandAlliance Thanks for the explanation!
Eric you sound like you have a speaker in your throat
I like keeping my beard at an inch length lol I guess that's considered a short beard
BB becoming Stubble Brand now? : (
Please....
@@BerzinskyRules the man! How are you Greg?
@@BerzinskyRules Okay, maybe I exaggerated. Thanks for the comment, I am pleased that I was honored with it. I'll even write that I'm sorry ... My mistake. Regards
A global pandemic is actually the ideal time to grow a beard.
Read this name then close your eyes... barney gumble
Was this guy coming up on a drug when he shot this 🤔
Oh yea thats what we at Beardbrand stand for! Beards n drugs boyo!

Nah. It's going to be natty. A combination of natural and nasty.
You try too hard.
