I have nice mustache and my beard connects too like Carlos my cheek outlines is like Carlos naturally but my chin 😭😭i don't grow below my lips just on the chin but it seems really weird to see hair everywhere but bammm and full place without hair just infront
I've always liked Eric's beard the best because I think it's the most similar to how mine will be, coarse but not super dense. Like my dad's. Missed seeing Eric on the channel.
The main difference is the moustache. Eric's moustache is awesome but i would not to grow mine like that because it would be to messy especially for me when i'm a messy eater
Doug, tried some mustache wax and it came out looking like wallpaper paste. I mean, stiff as a board. Maybe I used too much or had the wrong kind. Now, I use a styling balm (yes, one of Eric's) which looks much more natural. (also, trimmed the bottom of the stache)
Jack I don’t know what your long term beard goal is as you grow it out this year, but I think what you are rock’n right now really highlights your beard growth strengths. And it looks really good. I’m always torn to either keeping what I have vs growing it for another few inches vs something shorter or even a beardstasche. I’m constantly changing it up. Looking forward to the next look. Keep on growing.
I like my stache very trimmed. The hair is beyond coarse so it really bothers me to have it over my lip. It's only saving grace is that it's the last dark hair I have left.
I think you deffo have the best beard in beard brand. it is the most dense and the check line is perfect hight, and is the best looking and suits you the most!
What Can be very intresting is to compare yours moustach but shaved, to see if there really a big '' area '' difference or if it's just the lengh of the hairs of your moustach
A series i want is where you get pictures of the beards from your followers and you comment/review/discuss the beard. Like a "Rate or roast" type series. Maybe without the roast though 😛
Every beard is unique and beautiful we should not be comparing beards we should just embrace what god has given us and be grateful that we as men are capable of growing such manliness 🧔
Maybe if you guys wanted to make this a weekly thing, sticking with the fostering confidence idea, maybe you compare your guys’ beards to ours in the comments and just point out what you like about everyone’s beards? Maybe pull one guy a week or something, highlight his beard, and show off what you like? Gives the average guy like us confidence and some bearbrand customer gets highlighted once a week? This kind of shows that you can pull awesomness in EVERY beard. Just my two cents, thanks for reading the comments! Beard on ✊🏻
Can you guys make a video on beards and acne ? I have a bit of acne under my beard and it sucks especially when applying beard oil and combing with mustache comb thanks love the brand and videos

So Nice to see and hear from you guyz. In the end embrace what you got. And be happy and proud of yourself. You all make a statement. By doing hout own style. Never copy yourself, Just be who YOU are and ne proud. You should be. Personality i favour the beardstache......
I use castor, argon, and Jojoba oil, a few drops of each, mix on the palm of your hand and rub it all over your face. Do this every night and you'll see the difference within the first 3, to 4 weeks. Make sure all your oils are organic. You can get them on Amazon.
Enjoying the beard comparison series, hey, it's all in fun! I'd like to see a comparison of Jack's beard with that of NFL quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick's! Beard on!
For the same reason I think you have, for your current age, your best beard, Jack, I think Eric's never looked better than when his was long as shown at 4:25 into your video. Same reason, too, just opposite reasons: he needs the extra length and fullness to balance his outstanding mustache whereas yours comes into a perfect balance doing the opposite. Both look great to me. Odd, too, that yours wouldn't look "as good" on Eric; Eric's wouldn't look "as good" on you. Funny how that often works: facial shape, hair texture, hair color, etc. A good series!
Your "patches" are cool though - so no worries. They're symmetrical and they're pretty much the same on both cheeks. That's a unique thing and you alone rock it naturally. There are probably others like you but I've never seen hairless spots like those. Mine are under my chin and symmetrical as well and I don't mind, but I do wish I had full chin/underlip growth.
guys, talking about the moustache, i used to trim mine to keep my lips clear of it, now i wanna rock a bigger one, the best way is just grow i way and deal with early stages scruffness?
I compare my beard to my son. I'm 43 and hes 26. His beard is nice and full. Mine is not. I always tell him I'm jelous of his beard. His is going on 2 months and is already catching up to mine which has been going on 4 months
What about compare your beard with the beard of travis fimmel from Vikings, it has like a little messy look on his beard, what kind of comments can you give us from him?
I was the same way when I was your age. I'm 35 now btw. Everyone I remember growing facial hair at 16 started growing hair around their chin and jaw. For me it started with my side burns and proceeded to work it's way down over the years. I wish I could say give it time or a few years and it would start coming in more but everyone is different.
JohnBillings well am with you that most peoples who are at that age there beards start as a goatee hair, when i was at 13 something my stache started to get darker but not long and the thing under my mouth and one long dark hair on my jaw afterwards about a year or something i started shaving my face with a machine and a razor then i left it for a month and some goatte hair grew but it was low after few months before i become 15 i decided to shave the stache and goatte and sides which it was a very light hair then from that time i left my stache grow and goatte and kept shaving my sides then i stopped for about a month or so and just lined my cheeks and well i noticed some light hair on ma sides and since that time i stopped shaving and my stache grew a bit longer and my goatte grew way longer than my stache and my sides are weaker than my beard but it got way darker than how it was when i was at his age so all that he needs is patience and growing what he can
Keep trying, don't give up and you'll know when the time is right. I did not grow a beard till I was 43! That was nine years ago. I've gone between goatee to full beard and now am on about 4 to 5 months growth and not shaving. I am at longest its ever been. Fairly good size white beard that's getting noticed along with a handlebar stache. My point is you change as you age with looks and genetics and time allow more to happen. Good luck.
Instead of celebrities, reach out to popular youtubers with beards. One of the first to pop in mind is Saf from supersaf TV and Lou from unbox therapy. Check them out
I have a kind of interesting cross between Jack's dark and thick beard and Eric's thickness in the mustache and chin area. Of course I have no genetic ties to either of them but it's just a way to help you visualize my individual beard. Keep on growing gentlemen! 😎🧔🤘
Yeah mine grows similar to jack but I cut my cheek line lower to match up with my mustache and that gets rid of the gap between my mustache and cheek line . I think Jack should try it too.
Wtf,why compare beards,is it a case of,mines better than yours,we are men, different, unique and individual, why make a video on comparrisons of beards,my god,Iv loved this channel up until this video,😨This is not a dig either.
It's just a fun way of highlighting the diversity of their beards, Jack never insults anyone of these guys in fact he showers them with praise in these videos. I enjoy them.
One day, I hope to find a women that looks and talks about me the way you do about Eric’s mustache.
haha
Ben W this dude said elustrious😭😭
The Beard you got now fits you perfectly
Agreed
Compare your beard to pewdiepies !!!
Oh man, Pewdiepie has a amazing beard!
You mean Karl Rock.
I have nice mustache and my beard connects too like Carlos my cheek outlines is like Carlos naturally but my chin 😭😭i don't grow below my lips just on the chin but it seems really weird to see hair everywhere but bammm and full place without hair just infront
Trying to grow erics stache right now with the beard and once its long enough im going to go for a beardstache. Thanks for the inspiration eric!
You have the best voice.
The more i watch beard Videos especially yours, i want a beard even more
I've always liked Eric's beard the best because I think it's the most similar to how mine will be, coarse but not super dense. Like my dad's.
Missed seeing Eric on the channel.
Do one with Mahesh now Jack! Cool vid bro!👍😎
mahesh is a beard titan
Jack is like the Mr. Rodgers of the beard world......... very positive and uplifting man, thanks
I love the length of your beard in this video my friend! Very nice video!
The main difference is the moustache. Eric's moustache is awesome but i would not to grow mine like that because it would be to messy especially for me when i'm a messy eater
Tell me about it. As my stache has gotten longer, eating and drinking has become a challenge. But, love the look so working with it.
Stache sweat is also an issue 👨🏻
Really? I haven't noticed that///and I live in humid S. Florida.
Been growing mine and have learned really have to use wax daily to prevent eating the stache.
Rock a slight to heavy handlebar often.
I am very envious of guys who have a thick beard like this.
I appreciate the individuality of Eric's style
He definitely marches to the beat of his own drum.

What kind of brush is Eric using on the mustache in this video? Seems perfect for on the go.
I believe that was a prototype he was testing.

jack iam a new subscriber one question how to apply castor oil for beard growth please explain
Castor oil doesn't help you grow thicker beards.
I use castor, argon, and Jojoba oil, a few drops of each, mix on the palm of your hand and rub it all over your face. Do this every night and you'll see the difference within the first 3, to 4 weeks.
Make sure all your oils are organic. You can get them on Amazon.
So the video comparison with Greg Berzinsky showed a lot of more in depth video comparisons along with the dialog. Missed that in this video.
Your beard is looking terrific man!!! Awesome
Your beard is awesome too man 👌🏿
Martin Laird Martin dude how long did it take you to grow your beard like that .
Yes please do mahesh I actually forgot about him because he does barber videos

Fitz has a great beard but it gets jacked up real bad on the football field.

Your beard is my favorite Jack, i like your beard pattern
Gotta do comparisons with celebrities like Hugh Jackman, Andrew Lincoln, and James harden

I don't have those two patches
I would estimate 70% of beard growers that aren't Asian, have no patches.
