Awesome video as usual. Love the tech you're using for developing of the parts. I would say better looking rear bumper/diffusor is a must. For rear wing maybe carbon lip add-on and for front only cannards but a bit smaller than those on pictures. Can't wait for the next video.
Probably the best in depth yaris project on UA-cam. Have you thought about removing the roof wrap to expose the forged carbon? There's a video on UA-cam of someone doing it and it looks really beautiful.
Would love it if you did a more aggressive front splitter and rear spoiler for the golf gti tcr. With the amount of modified golf’s out there I could see there been a big market especially for the spoiler as it would fit normal GTI and R models also.

I do actually have a suggestion, forgive me if it was already said, but have you thought of a hybrid between the TRD wing and a wing similar to that on the A45 S (I think it comes with the optional aero pack or something) I think the end plates of the A45 and the size and styling of the TRD could come together nicely, unless I'm remembering the AMG wing wrong 😂. It would be great to see if you can develop a front mesh guard as the IC and Rad look exposed to easy damage, possibly measure the effects of different mesh sizes on flow and cooling ?
From experience any sort of mesh that’s going to protect the intercooler more will start to fairly rapidly block airflow to the intercooler. Will see if we have any issues!
Nice work. Toyota already offer aero Parts for the JDM market... really nice, subtle and use a full bumper lower lip.. would be great if something similar as offered in the U.K. but carbon 😁
If there is any car I can think of, that isn't in need of a body kit, then it must be the Toyota Yaris GR :-) But who knows maybe you prove me wrong with splendid ideas.
@@EvolveAutomotive absolutely agree Imran - a really aggressive rear diffuser coupled with something similar to that track spec GR would look awesome. It's a shame something more aggressive wont be developed from a front splitter perspective but agree with your comments about it being tricky to ensure it doesn't look odd. I want to be first online for whatever you come up with - GR in my garage waiting for you to work your magic 👍

Hang the wing further back and low so the roofline comes down to meet it.like a piles peak car but obvs not a huge wing just that positioning

Yes we look at the TRD option in the video.
You ever thought of making flat bottom as that is supposedly great for aero as less turbulence under the car like a functional undertray kit
How about scanning the front bumper without the plate on it? Plugs to blank off the square holes would be handy for those running short plates ;)

Tracking dots were used. I actually don’t know how much it costs but it’s more effective than buying the scanner and doing it ourselves.
What about twin centre exit exhaust pipes with a custom diffuser?
Just make loads of carbon wings bonnets etc and make it lighter and better than it is

Because he’s been rolling around on our floor which is pretty hard to keep clean whilst the dyno cell is being constructed.
