Hello everyone, thanks for checking out my latest video. I went to the Superbike Factory in Macclesfield, UK to have a look at what they had to offer. I was literally mind blown at the number of bikes they had for sale. Used bikes, brand new bikes, orange bikes, red bikes, blue bikes...All sorts of bikes LOL.

Went to this dealership in 2022 to look at a ZZR1200 and they would not allow me to start the engine outside before putting a deposit on being a carb bike absolutely essential before purchase. I have been biking since 2004 not once has a dealer objected to me hearing a bike run before purchase. So left and went to Chorley Yamaha within minutes of walking through the door ZZR1200 was outside they gave me the keys and left me to it... 20 minutes later deposit paid bought the bike. Superbike Factory absolute wank avoid!
Buyer beware , the price of the bikes on display isn't negotiable and you can add a £250 service charge to that also !

I worked there at management level and their standards and work practices are bordering on criminal. Someone will be killed on one of their bikes if these practices continue. Please don't be that person and buy a bike from somewhere that actually services their bikes and who puts them through a thorough check process. 2 x 60 point checks does not constitute a 120 point check if the checks are the same but done twice. The collection drivers determine if the bike is 'ready to ride' without a technician looking at it. BE WARNED
Wow! I had sorta thought this could be the case as I saw a few auction bikes appear on the site for sale literally a day or so after the auction ended...good to know!
The other sad thing is they're so big now that it makes it harder for smaller shops to compete. My mate runs a small bike shop in Oxford and says it's hard to buy from the auction now because SBF and the other massive shops buy literally EVERYTHING
They don't realise that by acting like this it actually funnels customers to the smaller shops. They only got so big through loans and they need to sell this year to repay the original investors. Hopefully they disappear up their own A hole.
They are over priced on everything. They don't give a toss..
Nice to see lots of different bikes. However, it's the same old problem. They are to packed in close together 😢
Thank you for posting this video and it’s been very interesting reading all the negative comments about Superbike Factory. They have a bike that I really wanted to buy but I was already a bit nervous about purchasing site unseen (they are quite a distance from me) and they ask for full payment upfront - I don’t think so and now all of you have confirmed my fears so I am very grateful, thank you. It’s such a shame as it does look like they have an awful lot of decent bikes but, as one other commentor said, they are packed in so tightly. I will stick with my local motorcycle dealers.

Thanks man. Someone just told me the blue batteries suck and the white label ones are way better. I'll give those a try...I guess snowboarders and skiers don't get the same speeds as us and that wind chill obviously makes a big difference...
So many beautiful bikes for sure 😎🤟I cured all my problems with GoPro by only using the white batteries since ditching the blue ones no more problems 👌
That's good to know. I guess I better order some batteries then. Genuine GoPro ones or generic ones?
Wow, what a selection of iconic bikes! The V-twin variants of Aprilia's are amazing bikes, I wish I never sold mine.
I have to own one some day. Before they become too expensive and get cult status. Still at the affordable toy level pricing now...

They charged me £250 to deliver a bike to my house less than thirty miles away.I paid £180 to have a bike delivered to my house (private sale)from Newcastle on Tyne total mileage 180 !!!!!!!

Can you sit on the bikes? I was thinking of going just to try out the riding positions of various bikes as they probably have at least one of every bike I'm interested in.
I wonder how they manage to maintain the parts stock necessary to service & PDI so many different makes & models of bike? 🤔 Thought so. *AVOID!*

i have just bought a bike on here and seeing everything and what people are saying, im shitting myself. the bike isnt with them yet its being delivered to them first. shall i cancel and request a refund? i might follow my gut
That's where I got my Himalayan from. Customer service was excellent. They thoroughly check the bike through before delivery

Sad fact is there is some nice bikes there, but mixed in with rusty unloved bikes didn't give me any confidence, we buy any bike, well they sure do!!!!

went to superbikes in donnington the bike i was interested in was 'ready to go' according to the salesman and it was filthy, no test ride or anything like that so i said no and bought from a proper dealer
Not had one good comment about this company in all these comments 😜 Guess that says a lot about them!
@@bikehubjapan exactly it was ok for walking around and seeing different bikes but not to purchase. I did find another place up at Hinkley by Triumph headquarters and they really looked after the bikes I think they didnt allow a test ride on the used bikes but you could ride a new model. Completely Motorbikes at Hinkley

Went to the shop at Cheshire to look at t100 bonny omg. They don't prep the bikes place is not 4 me at all

Bought a bike from there once, worst thing I ever done but yes my own fault, took 4 weeks after returning bike to get my money back, half the bikes in there look like they've been dragged out of a canal, look on trust pilot

Called in there and walked around for ages, nobody asked if I needed any help. When I did eventually approach someone they weren't interested and when asked about a certain bike's performance I was told 'Oh I don't know much about bikes' (!) Out of interest I enquired about my bike's trade in value. I was offered 1/3 of what I ended up getting from a smaller local dealer who I bought a new bike from. Shocking place, avoid.

we buy any car , and cinch , stack em high sell em cheap brigade did well during pandemic on the recent bull run on high vehicle prices , but they are now hemoraging cash and losing millions ,as is BCA car auctions who own both ,and i bet the likes of superbike factory are feeling the strain ,got to big to fast ,poor customer care , they wont be around long i reckons ,The nimble smaller dealers will survive

Loads of bikes and not cleaned or serviced ready for sale 🤬 quantity not quality and a salesman that knew sod all about bikes 🤬 went to look at an XJR1300 and wouldn't start and waited half an hour and he still hadn't got someone to jump start it for me 🤬 walked out disgusted at such sh💩t sevice
Biggest bunch of crooks ive ever met, they have so much bad press, I wouldn’t buy a been from them 👎
