    My husband and I have been looking at these two primarily for our soon to be child, so this was very helpful! However, we were looking at them in a large department store earlier today, and noticed that both models have the "dream drape." This was in their 2017 model. I just wanted to clarify in case anyone else was looking at the two, and this was a selling point for their decision. EDIT: It is in the Pipa Lite LX. Not sure about just the lite.

    Sorry I'm pregnant with my first child at 8 months I need to buy a car seat stat. How can you fly with a baby if you have to check the car seat if I get the pipa lite

    Is the seat still comfortable with the body insert removed?

    I have an uppababy cruz stroller. Would the classic Nuna Pipa car seat fit on it? Which adapters would be the best for that? And would it be a snug fit?

    • @TheBabyCubby
      @TheBabyCubby  5 років тому

      TYREE Berlin Yes! Here is the adapter for that configuration; www.babycubby.com/nuna-pipa-car-seat-adapter-for-uppababy-strollers/. The car seat will just click into the adapter, it may be a bit wobbly but that is normal.

    Are both the PIPA and the PIPA lite compatible with the Stokke Xplory?

    • @TheBabyCubby
      @TheBabyCubby  6 років тому +1

      Yes! So the Pipa is compatible with the Stokke Xplory with adapters through the Stokke website:
      www.stokke.com/USA/en-us/articles/stokke-car-seat-adapters.html
      and the Pipa Lite has the exact same compatibility as the Pipa.

    Are those two compatible with bugaboo cameleon3 stroller if I have a maxicosi adapter?

    • @babycubby2735
      @babycubby2735 5 років тому

      Hey! Great question! We are not too familiar with Bugaboo, but we did find an adapter that Nuna makes for the Pipa and Cameleon 3. Here is a link to it: strolleria.com/products/nuna_bugaboo-_cameleon-_adapter . You may need to contact Bugaboo to see if a Maxi Cosi adapter would work with it.

    Is the infant insert have a weight limit?

    • @TheBabyCubby
      @TheBabyCubby  3 роки тому +1

      Hello! The infant wedge that sits at the back of the insert needs to be removed after your baby is 11 pounds, but the infant insert can be used for as long as your baby fits within it!

    What is the difference between the Pipa Lite and the Pipa Lite Lx?

    • @babycubby2735
      @babycubby2735 5 років тому

      The main differences between the two are cost and colors of the car seat. The Lite colors are Ebony and Fog Gray. The Lite LX also has two colors, Caviar and Aspen Blue.

      @@babycubby2735 Thank you! I did some research and if I am correct, the Lite LX actually does have both the dream drape and the two slot adjustable crotch positions (like the original Nuna Pipa).

      To update, as I now own it, the Nuna Pipa Lite Lx DOES have the dream drape but does NOT have the adjustable crotch position.

    Please don't recommend lap babies. FAA and AAP recommend children fly in their Car seats. And Car seats should NOT be checked as they can be damaged unkoingly and not safe to use.

      I can’t believe the company has CPST on site yet this employee is not informed.
