So he used AI to make art,like so many others are doing,something that will never ever stop,and since the reference is publically accessible,it can be edited by whatever and whoever for whatever purpose they want so long as they don't make money off of it,he made the results public. Once again,Twitter being drama hungry bastards over something small.
1)He used AI to create skyaaa arts and tag the character’s artist.2)Artist doesn’t like being tag into AI art posts,asked him to stop.3)Bro doesn’t stop,make more posts explaining why he could do it no matter what and make the artist looks like a boogie man trying to steal his waifu.

The second is simply an artist trying to stop something that no one can stop,once the end user has the product,they can do whatever they want with it,especially one that is not being reused for direct money making and is pubclically available. The third is exactly what one should do,point out that the end user,every single end user on the internet,has the freedom to edit whatever freely available public accessed 1s' n' 0s' and share the results freely,and that the artist has no power to stop it. It's not stealing if literally everyone,human or otherwise,can download the image. And since Twilled isn't selling the edited version for direct funds,he isn't in the wrong by any metric.
