Well, I had 2 questions before I watched this and you answered both without my having to ask. The content of this video will take a couple of viewings to fully grasp the swing motions you are talking about. Another great lesson, thanks.

So many of your videos seem like you are letting trade secrets out. This is so good for understanding and not fighting inertia in the swing. That is F'n great coaching, thanks Stuart!

My only desire is to change peoples views and beliefs on how we should move and not tie ourselves up in knots, if that’s considered trade secrets, I’m willing to to give them all away 😂🥰 Thanka David, much appreciated.

Stuart, if you keep educating us on the proper golf swing, pretty soon (if you haven’t already) you’ll have a target on your back from other coaches who hate you telling the truth about the golf swing. 😂 Love the fact that what you’re talking about is a person’s natural golf swing. Keep educating us. Cheers.

What’s up Stu. Took your teaching out to the course today and shot 1 under, my best score. Because of your instruction, my handicap is now a 3. Much love!

Having a high Vertical Jump is a sign of an explosive athlete. Explosive athletes have greater potential for faster swing speeds and distance. Strength , FAST strength is a huge advantage in all sports.

The club speed is only relevant to me, is why I never put speed and yardages in. Thanks for the feedback though! Best wishes Stu

Sure sure, I get it. I guarantee you, these insight will increase your speed. Seeing my increase is proportionate to the speed and could mislead in the gains. Again, why I refrain from showing speed and yardages. As I say, appreciate the feedback though. Best wishes Stu

I like the drill but the right foot should stay planted as you roll into the weight transfer. Both feet off the ground is not increasing clubhead speed. Drag the right foot, go up on your toes but stay on the ground.

I like for the reason of Depth. In order to Jump one must get in the Ground. For me once I my Pelvis Sits I then use Core to Pull me out of the Ground. Sure it will result in proper leg action, But it's my desire to have a spiral wound core action to pull me out of the ground.

When you mentioned jumping it reminded me of my coaches advise, don't jump off the range, 18", you might damage your knees! Old age is a swine.
