Thanks, I was a bit stunned how little information there is in-game on even what binds each aircraft needs/utilises, not ideal for new players, so it's good to know your approach for this
Agreed. Luckily most of the glass cockpits in the general aviation aircraft are similar enough that it isn't too difficult transitioning from one to the other.
The only thing you need to know when flying a new plane, is remember to disengage the parking brake and flap and slats settings for takeoff And rotate when you reach around 80 knots That’s it, if you just want to fly and don’t mess around to much with the controls . Depending on plane but flap setting should be around 10 for takeoff , without the correct flap setting the wings will not generate required airflow over the wings and you will crash and die
Yep, I tried to keep this video down to the bare minimum to get someone started, but I'm actually working on a follow up to this video which will include those details. I'll give you a shout out for it once it's released in a few weeks.

You should definitely check out part two, it's a bit a more hands on than this one : ua-cam.com/video/bbD0XUlqh5o/v-deo.html
It's incredible how many details are there in this flight sim, especially the cockpits

lmao I like the last part...I never set my flaps for take off, but the training doesn't mention doing that either I don't think
You may also want to note Max Flap Extension Speed (Vfe) and Landing Gear Extension Speed (Vle)

Great video as usual. So much info missing on the sim (I personally think its fun looking for what you need to fly successfully)
THIS IS HELPFUL!!
Glad to hear it!
@@FlightSimSchool yes thank you
@@FlightSimSchool keep up the good works!!! I hope your channel will grow bigger.
How do turn on plane!
There is a checklist you can use from the menus to start the plane from cold and dark
