This is exactly the type of lifestyle I want to have. Eating whatever I'd like, without having to be hella strict but still eating really healthy things
Hey idk where ur at with ur food right now but I feel the same way and most of the time now I am able to eat healthy and good portions without too much effort. I used to (sometimes still do but it's becoming less and less) constantly restrict and binge and fast etc. and i just wanted to be healthy and skinny but couldn't resist food after periods of restricting. What I have changed that has helped is eating more whole foods. Stuff like oreos and white store bought bread (in the US at least) i thought were okay in moderation but tbh they make you want more processed stuff and dislike whole foods more. So now i rarely have stuff like that, and have found a bunch of healthy food i like. Look at healthycrazycool's videos, he has great examples of how delicious healthy vegan food is when you make it right. Also Mina has good examples ofc. Just try out some things that look good and eventually u'll probably have a mostly healthy diet just because it makes you feel better when it finally clicks. Sorry that was long but your comment reminded me of my struggle and I hope i helped a bit.
I struggle with disordered eating and I looove how you never mention anything about calories or "unhealthy stuff".. I feel like you just kinda eat what you want and that really inspires me :) also I'm leaving for Germany today and I'm really excited to try out some vegan stuff in the supermarkets there :D
Have fun in Germany!
@@ellieanders3783 aww thank you!! It's so beautiful here :D
Kirsten VDE I relate
Same
same! I think veganism is great until it gets all muddled up in calories and clean-ness. Such a relief to see a vegan eating balanced meals and snacks and not fretting about macros, honestly so inspiring
I love how your eating habits have changed over time, i feel like you eat a lot more substantial meals nowadays and you even mentioned the supplements you take! Awesome representation of a good and sustainable vegan diet
Took me a while to get to this point but I'm super happy now :)
1:36 at first i tthought what a huge ass plate, but then I realized it was the table lmao
Chy same here lol
Yeah giiiirl! Normalise that period talk, 50% of us live with it and the other 50% deal with it in one way or another
Is it just me or every vegan video is asthethic
Hira Yousuf XO vegans juts have good taste 😂🙌🏻
Yessss. & it's so awesome!
@@nadyacthianty8230 yass for real lol 😂
@@nadyacthianty8230 lol that too
I have a restrictive eating disorder and a purging one and honestly this is the kind of relationship with food I would love to have
Mikey D same I have a doctors appointment on Friday so hopefully I can get better- I’ve joined the gym so hopefully I won’t gain weight when I gradually increase my food intake. Good luck, eventually we can both have a good relationship with food
Katherine Osgood ik this was like three months ago (and hopefully you’re doing better now) but I wanna let u know that in recovery you have to learn to not be afraid of weight gain, (and it will be freeing when you do)
i hope you are doing better ❤️ it can get better. i swear.
wow this is v aesthetic I love
Omg hey I love your channel and her channel! Have a good day!
Re: the period thing. That used to happen to me until I turned 28 then the cramps became more frequent. At 30 I was diagnosed with endometriosis. It’s worth asking your doctor about next time you see them. Severe period pain isn’t normal and can be helped 😘
If the lighting or angles look weird in this sometimes it's cause I am in my new place still trying to figure out what looks good and what doesn't haha
Loved this Mina, thanks!!
I feel like the video had a very cozy vibe
I think it looks amazing and so aesthetic I have tried most of these. I love them!
Who else just watches but never makes any of it
I make nearly everything 😂😂😂😂
i make a lot bc it looks so good i'd be sad to never try it 🙃 u should try sometime it's so fun when it turns out super yummy like hers
I always want to bake the day before my period, I noticed the pattern after a few months! It’s weird but also really convenient because then I’ve got nice stuff to eat the whole time I’m on my period and lets me know when it’s coming.
Finde deine Videos echt super! Ich bin zwar Vegetarierin, versuche aber trotzdem noch weniger Tierprodukte zu essen und die Videos sind echt hilfreich!
LG aus Österreich :)
Wait the cramp thing happens to me too I literally never feel anything or I’m on the floor and can’t move there’s no in between!! But I get it a few times a year
Take more Magnesium
Don't forget calcium with your magnesium
Same
i love the fact that you’re so honest
I loooove how realistic your videos are ahhh!!
girl your protein game is on fireeeee
I loooove your videos ❤️ and the way you eat is just #goals ! Love that all is so simple and relaxed..
Oatmeal is my very basis when I come back home after holidays or a weekend and I have no more veggies leftover + I a very lazy ;)
Thanks for all theses good and simple ideas
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOUR FOOD COMBOS
i love hearing your voice and your editing and your meal ideassss. i just love watching your videosss :)
Yes you should definitely do like a shopping vlog. Kind of like what I shop for in a week or something
This is the first of your videos I have watched and I thought it was great! Keep up all the good work and fantastic recipes :)
This was in my reccomended for sooo long and I never watched it, but omg I'm so glad I finally did! Its so much more realistic than some other vegan what I eat in a day videos that Ive seen
Deine Stimme ist so beruhigend! Vielen Dank für deine tollen Videos! :)
Great recipes, voice and editing! Love it 💚
I really love your editing and I love the music in the background!!! its so aesthetically pretty.
I don't know why, but your videos are the only what I eat in a day videos I watch! There's something about the simplicity and creativity of your meals that is so delicious and realistic and gives me such good ideas! Plus nutritious on top of it.
I'm loving this video, your food is stuff i would actually eat. Many times i watch vegan videos and the food has a list of ingredients a mile long with obscure ingredients, but i could actually make and enjoy what you have shown. Ps. i also get crazy bad cramps tot he point i cannot leave the house, i usually alternate a hot-water bottle with eating ice, that takes a bit of the pain away.
Love all your weekly meal videos! Please keep doing them :))
Oh my god!!!! That coconut/chocolate granola recipe!!!!! I'm IN LOVE!!!!! thank you so much for sharing it
I love your channel so much! I’m def going to show this video to my mum, to show her how many options there are for vegan people and how it is a sustainable and substantial diet :)
Oh my god, I’m Canadian and we don’t have alpro yogurt here and I miss it so much from my visits to Europe 😭
I always look forward to your uploads! Your recipe ideas are so creative and tasty :)
And super Video, dein Channel ist einer meiner Lieblinge...Danke für deine Mühe und mach weiter so 👍
Omg I love these What I eat videos!!! Also you’re so gorgeous!!!
Omg i finally found someone who eats cornflakes with their smoothie bowl
Ich hab deinen Kanal gestern erst entdeckt und liebe deine Food Diaries! Macht total Spaß, sie anzuschauen und gibt mir neue Inspiration :)
Hey just wanted to say that I really love your recipe videos (: very inspiring!
Thank you!!
This was insanely helpful & definitely inspiring 🌞🌞
I love how honest this is! Like you aren’t just showing what u eat, ur also saying when u went and snacked more. So many vids only show some and don’t say when they got a second serving or anything and it’s so triggering for disordered eating!!
I trully love your ideas...and the cereals👌👌👌
all of these meals looks SO good!!
This oatmeal looks so so good! Basically; everything you cook :) Love from Munich
i love your videos, also you’re so pretty
this felt so soothing to watch. it’s so chill...idk
I loved the video! That granola looks so good.
I'm just like that! No cramps at all or it feels like there's a dragon eating my insides. I once tried an oregano infusion and it kind of made it feel better.
That dragon metaphor I can relate too. Nice I am going to try that next time 🙌
Ok these are basically the best vegan recipes I have ever seen all together
I LOVE YOUR ,,WHAT I EAT IN A WEEK" VIDEOS PLEASE SO THIS VIDEOS FOREVER
Looove this! 🥰😋 so much inspiration and effort 🤗
Rittersport marzipan chocolate bar is my favorite, since visiting my sister years ago when she lived in Heidelberg!
Hi! I decided to go vegan after a while being vegetarian, and I want to thank you and congratulate you for your chanel, because I find it so helpful.
And another thing I would love to know is where you bought your duver cover. I love it!
My girl deals with that cramp issue. It’s like the purge at home when the cramps do kick in.
this all looks so good
7:29 yes, I do!
I‘ve lost my period a while ago but I remember whenever having it back then I wouldn’t get cramps for a few months. Instead I would get INTENSE pain once in a while.
you’re so beautiful :o it’s so good to finally put a face to the voice
Great recipes and beautiful aesthetic☕♥️
hey. just wanted to say that this video is the best 'what i eat in a ___" i find other videos lowkey restrictive and just weird i guess. i love the way you eat. its beautiful, sending love
I love these bc although I’m not vegan, I have a hard time eating meat due to sensory issues so I get some great inspiration from these!!!!
About every other cycle I get these cramps where i get hot flashes, i feel feverish, i throw up and pass out. Not fun. so i feel you lol
5:05 that tomato spread looks soo good!!!!
your voice is so calming
HOMEMADE VEGAN HONEY??? TELL ME MOOOORE
My mom makes it too, it's delicious, it's made from dandelions or daisies but I think you can do it also from some other flowers. You just cook them with sugar and lemon/orange, you can also add cinnamon. It'll get beautiful honey-like texture and it's super healthy ❤.
Jessica yeah my grandma made such kind of honey also with dandelion flowers :) really delicious
Wait can’t vegans just eat nectar?
Watered Eggs because it’s not vegan haha
I'm a new subscriber in your chanel, but i'm already loving it! I'm not vegan but i'm trying to eat way less meat, and trying to change my eat habits! I loved this video, you gave me so much ideas and inspiration to cook my own recipes, the best part is that ir seems really quick! Thank you so much, be happy!!
I love seeing the different types of food/ vegan brands they have in different countries, I feel like here in America we don’t have a wide variety and all the brands pretty much use the same ingredients and I’m allergic to a lot of them (because of coconut) the only brand I’ve found I can have is kite hill and some follow your heart but it’s so expensive! I saw in your Finland video that there was a lot of Oatly stuff, definitely have to go there and try it! We only have their almond milk here
I’m moving to Germany soon and am loving these meal ideas!!
I need to try some of these out where I can take to work and school while I’m there :)
Where are you gonna move? :)
Great video, honestly tasty meals 🥨
This all looks delicious!
The extreme cramps could be an ovary issue. I'd heard that only one releases an egg at a time, but then I would think the pain would be more often not every few years. That's a huge bummer. I hope you can figure it out and lessen the pain. Heat pads and hot drinks always worked wonders for me.
WE VIBIN I’m cramping so bad. Happens a couple times a year but usually my cramps are suuuper mild.
Watching your videos helps provoke my appetite when I feel sick
I've had those awful period cramps every month since I was 13. But for the last half a year or so my cramps are not that bad, it's just that I have zero energy. Anyway, love your recipes, they all look soooo delicious 😍
Oatmeal with vanilla almond milk, green apples and cranberry-raisins. Very yummy
I just made the granola 😩❤️❤️❤️ KILLER !!
Almond coconut butter is the best nut butter in existence! It doesn't get enough recognition, in my opinion.
Wow I love your vegan food ❤❤ :D
Giiiiirl about your cramps, I’m 26, so a little older than you I think, but as soon as I turned 25 I started struggling with cramps every month as opposed to just every once in a while like you’re describing. But I went to the doctor because they got so bad that it was hard to keep my cool at work (I teach English in South Korea, so LOVED your inclusion of kimchi by the way 👌🏼). One whole side of my uterus was swollen to twice the size of the opposite side, which was causing the pain and which the doctor said was caused by the stressful lifestyle of living here. She said all I can do is try manage my stress better 😅 LONG story short, what I actually wanna say is I think it’s okay if it’s just once in a blue moon (maybe you were just a little extra stressed this month) but there’s no harm in getting yourself checked out and if it starts happening more frequently be sure to go see someone. Please look after yourself! I feel like period things are so easy to like brush off because we need to be strong about it all the time 😆 but pleeease monitor it well! 💛🌻
After my ed got worse I lost my period and now I miss it I swear 😂
After watching this video I made some granola too lol, I didn’t have coconut tho, so next time I go to the market I’ll make sure to pick up some so I can try the recipe 💓
I did that granola... IT IS SO GOOD JUST LIKE HEAVEN
i love your videos! today is six months since i went vegan and it is all thanks to you and your videos! you've inspired me to go vegan and i'm so happy you did. take care of yourself love!!
I do have those really really painful periods! For me unfortunately it is the other way around and this is normal for me but every once in a while I have a painless one.
It's a struggle.
Nothing helps.
I'm actually pretty envious you only have that so rarely.
Some very weird flavour combos going on here, but that granola looks tasty
Muesli bowls are life 😍
Some great tips here!
I will definitely try out the granola, it looks bomb! Unfortunately I struggle with birth giving period cramps every month😅
Edit: I made the granola and it turned out quite good...some parts are a little to crunchy but that was my fault...you should also be careful with the liquid ingredients, they burn really easily when not being stirred all the time
@@na-ix6ow there is absolutely no connection between granola and period cramps😂I just referred to her question in the video
Liliana Kalusch i feel you girl same here
I just made the granola before, using for the liquids: about 2-3 tsp coconut oil, about 1/2 Tbsp of Tahini (because it was a really thick paste like and bitter tahini) and 1 Tbsp runny almond butter and put also the salt in it. Mixed together it tastes like an amazing salty caramel sauce! And if you don't want to burn it, just put it in a bowl that sits in a pot with hot water in it.
And I only cooked it at 150 C° checking frequently. One has to remember that the coconut will crisp up way more after it has been cooled so it doesn't need to be rock solid crunchy when coming out of the oven. :)
Liliana Kalusch same for me ☹️
I moved to Germany. Could you do a video with shopping recommendation - what to buy where. Thanks
I liebe diese Videos von dir😍😍
Aaaah I was def sleeping on that accidentally vegan Ritter sport chocolate! When I found it randomly I had to quadruple check I was eating the ingredients right....lol
Since being plant based I no longer suffer from PMS yep it did that too you guys should check with your doctor if it's not deeper than PMS like endometriosis or else sorry I am not a doc but check guys check it's better than not knowing !
I have really similar situation with period 😲 I usually feel nothing, I might be a bit uncomfortable but no cramps, and once in a while(maybe once a year) I have such a terrible pain and my gut go crazy xD so it doubles up the pain. But overall I think mine might be not as painful as yours 😅 I wouldn't compare it to giving birth but it really sucks and hurts a lot! Love you💕
Made the chocolate granola and burnt mine as well D: It's pretty hard to tell when it's getting darker. But I had it with a lot of rice-coconut milk so you couldn't tell and it was super tasty :)
Ritter Sport marzipan is my favorite. 🍫
Regarding only having cramps some cycles, it could be due to a progesterone deficiency - the most important nutrient for progesterone is fat, so maybe you eat less fat some cycles? Stress also "steals" progesterone - that includes travelling! For some weird reason, our bodies interpret travelling as stress, haha.
It was so amazing that kimchi came out on Wednesday. Did you meet kimchi at the workshop? It is good as a Korean.🤗🍃🍃🍃🍃
Hey 🙃 You said you take vitB12, iron and Vit D sometimes - I just wanted to remind you of selen to take since the plants normally don‘t get enough from the soil in germany... just the animals get it substituted in their food...
please do a weekly shop video!
really glad to see you eat two pieces of toast at a time too! haha
I really love your videos, is imazing! Kisses from Brazil ❤
Ich glaube das ist mein liebstes Food Video von dir, mein Studentenleben kann kommen :)
This Peach it's so cute 🖤🖤🖤
