I'm impressed. You have a 12v transformer, for you to output a 15900watt power, your transformer amperage should be at least 1325amp. But you knw the transformer does not have that rating. Therefore 50 transistors were not necessary expercialy if there are high powered transistors. Also connecting different transistors in parallel can also be problematic because they will be functioning at different capacity.

This stupid thing can’t generate more than 3000w of power because the single d718 transistor can’t collect more than 8 amp so for example if you put 24 of them in series you you can get 200 amp of maximum current, if your circuit work in 100% efficiency the output can be less than 2304w of power Here is the formula if you want to know Pout(max)=Vin*I(max)
To produce 15.9kw output the current rating on the 220v winding should be 72Amps and 1325A on the 12v side!
