Hi, friend just a TIP, on the Drain of your FETS put a Ceramic resistor low value 0.1hm with the wattage that the your fets can handle safely, this will prevent your fets becoming unbalanced as Electrons are lazy they will take the shortest route with least resistance if the resistance is = then they have no choice but to flow through each fet equally plus you can make it part of some filtering as well the second is add some diodes between the drain of the Diodes or parallel with the Transformer windings this way you can prevent high voltage spike when the magnetic field collapses in the core of the transformer as those windings can have a very high voltage spike in the KV range. Lastly check out some IGBT if you can get them you will find they can give you more bang for your buck then just standard fets in both voltage and current thus you can use less and get the same result. Cheers. It's a nice project to run a 1500W motor with such a thin battery cable. That is ruled out. When it's so fast, I calculate that it takes about 100 Amps from the battery. Such a thin cable from the flashlight gives about 30-40 amperes.

IO lo realizato con mosfet IRF3205 utilizando IC TL494 NC con un trasformatore con le uscite secondarie 12v + 12v separate unendo poi i due terminali rendendolo 12 + 12 con il centrale 0. L'unico risultato che ho ottenuto è che, sui pedini 9e10 del IC TL494 uscivano 8,6 v e la frequenza di 68 hz. Con zero risultato della 220 V ai capi del trasormatore. Come mai non ha funzionato.ì?
24 mosfet vanno bene, ma se vuoi ottenere una discreta potenza, anche se dubito fortemente che possa arrivare a 6 kw, serve un trasformatore da 6 kw, e se non usi cavi più grandi ci fai ben poco, 6000 watt su 12 volt sono 500 Ampere, per questa potenza occorrerebbe un cavo da 90 mm2 per un funzionamento ottimale, 35 mm2 potrebbero andare bene a patto che 6000 watt siano solo di picco.
