the maximum rating for D718 is 8A , and i think you're using half bridge converter, which means 8 mosfets in ON cycles and 8 mosfet in off cycles. If this is true the maximum driving current is 8*8= 64A, at 12VDC the maximum power without burning those Mosfet is 12x64=768W, that's why you were using 500W load to test. Please dont delete my comment and you should warning other people about their risks.
well if your load is too high then a mosfet or more will be destroyed. this will lead to increasing current in other mosfets so eventually all the mosfets will be destroyed.

This circuit should generate voltage at extremely high frequency. The voltage is necessarily square wave and the frequency should be unstable as it is completely dependent on the inductance value of the transformer coil. The hotter the transformer would get, the looser the copper windings would get. This would alter the frequency. Anyhow, you should not expect to run your induction motor powered fridge or water pump or washing machine, as the motors would burn out without working at all. BLDC motors or those with rectifiers, however, would run, though somwhat slowly.

450 watts. Not 4500 watts. 4500Watts at 12 volts would have resulted in 4500/12= 375 Amps. That current would have burnt the battery cables to cinder. Such 4500 watt inverters do exist however, but use ridiculously thick battery wires, and are usually rated at 24 or 48 volts to keep the wires thin and manageable. It is funny to note the extent of falsity youtubers practice to get people watch their stuff.

Para el amigo que objeta el proyecto le recuerdo que existen.en el mercado inversores de hasta 4000 watt solamente que estos llevan otros elementos electrónicos. Como capacitadores etc.asi que el proyecto si es funcion able hasta por 500 a 700.watt.

ان مجموع الطاقة التي تم فعليا تجربتها هي 900 w حيث تم تشغيل جهازين 450 w في اخر المقطع المصور لكن الرقم المكتوب كبير جدا 4500 وغير واقعة نظرا لبسلطة النموذج والستعمال بطارية 12 فولت ضعيفة والنموذج تنقصه الكثير من المكثفات حتى يصل الى القوة المكتوبة في العنوان
No, the transformer is the main element for the output power. And yes, if you put a bigger transformer, then you must add more transistors in parallel for proper current share...

حتى نوع الربط غريب نوعا ما wirribng و فرضا اذا نجح توليد 4500 واط فالبطارية يجب ان تحمل أمبير عالي جدا
