Echoing what many others have said and really looking forward to this series. Your videos are what got me into DCS thought I was too intimidated for years to jump in.
Been watching your content since 2019. Finally built a PC to handle serious work and a X56 Hotas this month and started DCS on the 15th. I'm excited to follow this. Thank you Ralfi!
I loved the A-10 series you did and so I'm looking forward to this one. I have not flown the bird or plan to but it is always nice to know what your opponent/comrade has to do and how he has to work. And of course, maybe this video series will entice me to fly the aircraft.
Starting in the Su25 Frogfoot.. That takes me back to my starting days in DCS. It is still the best way to start. After that, move on to Flaming Cliffs followed by a decent HOTAS and TrackIR. Then choose a module you really want (I went for the F16), and after that add maps and modules as you see fit. At least, that's what I'd recommend to beginners. Kinda wish there were more maps by now though..
Oh sh*t. It’s happening! We got another Zero to Hero series!! Zero to Hero A10 was how I learned that plane. Considering I skipped the froggy, this is definitely gonna get me to go back and learn it.
I just got way better with the T but Enigma only uses the A so now I have to unlearn the fancy hud and TV and go old-school. Luckily IRL most countries are using the A anyway so it's a bit more realistic.
2:42 this actually about tripled my loading times and made my game a lot more unstable. Before I ran at High TT, High Textures, 50000 Preload Radius and default Terrian Shadows
Thanks for this series mate... I bought DCS and a couple of planes plus a warthog hotas years ago but was somewhat overwhelmed by everything... this is going to help me a lot. I was also put off in the past by not having VR or track IR but now I have 3 monitors so it should be a little better.
i was wanting to play dcs but i am using a laptop and dont know which one to download because i am afaried that the standalone dcs version will just crash my pc any advices?
As a heli dude, I always have "hear like in helmet" on as it not only muffles sounds overall, but also takes away a lot of the high pitched screeching that many helis (and some jets) produce during flight. Also, the loud afterburner sound is nice if you don't have a detent in your throttle to know when you're burning or not, though that is not all that important for the Frogfoot :P
Big respect for getting new virtual pilots into the cockpit and showing them the way.
Your A-10C tutorial's were so good, even though I've flown the 25T a lot, I'll still be following this series. Great work as usual Ralfidude.
Been playing DCS for years, but I'm still looking forward to this series!
Yeah same just want to relearn the froggy
Glad you are making these ralfi. When I started out a year ago, I had no idea how to do anything in DCS or the froggy.
Echoing what many others have said and really looking forward to this series. Your videos are what got me into DCS thought
I was too intimidated for years to jump in.
The Su25T is such a joy to fly even though it's not a clickable model.
I don't even play DCS, but I still find myself watching your flight tutorial videos. The details are always super interesting.
Love the F-14 Dark menu background do you have a link for it ?
Have literally zero plans of ever flying the Frogger.....still watched this beginning to end because I love your tutorials
Grzegorz Brzęczyszczykiewicz looking good in that cockpit
Join us next time:
How to look down the runway, to avoid accidents with other traffic. Also: how to figure out the active runway.
Ahhhh, the SU-25T also known as the most underrated attacker in DCS.

This makes me so happy. Gonna be a strong and independent froggy now.
Ayyyyy I was just wanting to get into the Froggy after War Thunder added it haha, I got many modules already but Su-25 is one of my fav
Looking forward to this series. Thank you
I'm not new to dcs but i never really learned the su-25 but this video made me want to learn the frogfoot. Looking forward to the next few videos
Wooooo, frogfoot guide, that's amazing
Oh sh*t. It’s happening! We got another Zero to Hero series!!

Also love what this is gonna do for new pilots as well!

YAY More Ralfi!!!

5:20 - In fact this option is not recommended by some mission/campaign creators because it can make their missions non-working.
oh shit ralfi!
Graphics settings part rly help thx
😱 OMG!
Very nice for the newbies
Shame the game doesn’t have the Su-25SM. I don’t personally fly the prototype Su-25T but instead fly the Su-25.
I am not 100% sure on this one. but I think you can see birds near the ocean especially in marianas
Wait, DCS has menu music?
Dat F14D theme tho.... 0_0
ralfi x laobi guide series when
Where can I get that awesome F14D theme?
Hey Ralfi, this Su-25T playlist is in reverse order.

In 2 months probably
K nevermind lol
*Smart Acces Memory or resizeable Bar are the BEST for Vram hungry games, as is DCS.*
“DCS likes to be on an SSD, not a hard drive.”
Me halfway through installing it on a hard drive :|
Joke's on you, I copied some of your settings.
Just, do mot buy the steam version. Zero benefits.
…just in time for disgruntled war thunder players to convert

"From Zero to Hero" and does not even cover how to assembly a PC. Disappointed!
/jk Keep it up, RD, looking forward to the S&G #55!

Hi. Info - This video is outdated. Because no more OB, 50= off. Also MT have been added, game avionics no longer available,.... You know.
I want to say: This is very good video series. But it need an update.
Eyyy finally! Episode 1 for the complete newbie! Congrats on finishing the first of many helpful guides!
Love series like this
This is cool
i was wanting to play dcs but i am using a laptop and dont know which one to download because i am afaried that the standalone dcs version will just crash my pc any advices?
Do the recommendation in the video, standalone open beta.
@@ralfidude thankyou for your suggestion now it is time to crash my laptop :)

the gods have blessed us with another great ralfidude video! 😄
Respect to you for taking your time to show us how to fly this.
Someone needs to make a series like this for the apache 😣
