    Thank you so much for posting this video. This is just amazing and so wonderful to hear Richard Schwartz talk about this in kind of a nutshell.
    I have been aware of parts work for a couple of years. I am working more and more with it. It takes me a good while to learn and understand-adhd is part of it for me-
    This is so very helpful to me. So grateful. Thank you.

    Why do parts get frozen in time and aren't aware of time progress?

    I knew my family was wrong always telling me to "just move on", no apology no acknowledgement from them! I kept feeling I'm leaving a part of me behind in doing that. 😢 😢

    Hi, future client here (profoundly gifted/ADHD/childhood trauma/twin flame). I wonder which effect does fear have on DID. Such as, sleeping in forest will be a future therapy. Such as, which effect this have on the patient. Fear as driver for DID? Fear, we experience it naturally in forests at night. Our genes are adapted for this, but we get rid of it (bed of prescrustes?).
    Fight or flight as modus for DID? Fight or flight => human nature (forest)
    Such as, you can take cocaine once per month without getting addicted (case of evil parts of yourself? Carl Jung did some research on cocaine, if you don't get addicted)
    Research questions:
    Cold exposure therapy=??
    Sauna=??
    Med/paleo diet=??
    Exercise=??
    sleeplessness=??
    Clozapin=sleep=??
    Microbiome=??

    Paranoid Schizophrenia Research:
    Fight or flight means paranoia
    => run or shadow box
    => push against a wall
    => translate it to DID
