Hello 👋 😊
Nice video. Thank you
Thank you!
i like the stuff found.
Thank you!
Where did you get your pinpointer? If from Amazon did you do the hack where you removd the battery and make sure the coil inside is pushed all the way down to the tip? One of mine wasn't which gave me another inch of detection! Thks for sharing!
Interesting, it's an official Garrett AT Pro-Pointer, but I did get it from amazon. I'll have a look, thanks for the tip!
Hello Joe, nice hunt. I am finally back. UA-cam deleted my account and they do not know why. So at least I kept my name. No videos or subs survived. Back to the drawing board
Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that. Welcome back!!
I was supposed to go with my mom to the beach today, to take her out detecting for the first time, but my stepdad stole her special minelab batteries that came with her vanquish, now she has shitty dollar store batteries on charge, I bet the last 20 minutes out in the field
And I looked into getting the RNB vanquish battery pack, what's $70 in the usa but mo one ships to canada, and on amazon its $200
Amazon has a high capacity rechargeable AA battery from their basics line that's pretty cheap and seems to last a while. It's funny, I used to be in the camp that preferred removable batteries but you really can't beat the built in Li-ion battery in the Equinox. Maybe there's a way to retrofit the Vanquish to use a USB battery pack or something. You can get AA battery adapters that connect to a USB port for power, maybe those would work?
Get the Lithium batteries at the store, they last a good while.
@@MsAliceinwonderland Good idea!
There was too much swinging of the camera. Let your arm do the swinging. you'll still get good shots. 34 years of experience. Still liked your video.
Thanks for the feedback! This older video was also shot on the Hero 4 which didn't have any image stabilization, the last few more recent videos have much better stabilization on the Hero 12.
