I actually experienced mild stroke watching you assembling the cake. What a skills!!!! Hats off to you and your creativity. If anybody is reading the comments before watching the video, don't waste your time to search for another teacher, none of them (except Julia Usher) can match this gentleman's knowledge, skills, an eye for perfection and creativity.

While I'd not be able to make something as skilled as your gorgeous creations (such things only come after years of practice, of course), with your explanations and videos, I could still make something very pretty and very special for my family and dear friends.

Definitely not your typical "Walmart" cake, lol. I don't know the price of this cake but whatever he charges it is well worth it. Don't think I have seen anyone who is so meticulous about thinking through EVERY aspect of the cake. The stability of the presentation, transportation, and affect it has on the structure. A true master.
Love your work. It was a little hard to see with white on white, but I have the idea. Why did you drop the layers of cake? Would
you assemble some of the cake layers at the wedding hall? I'm a beginner. Usually have 2 layers, some 3 layers. Is this all fondant? When would I use royal icing, buttercream icing? You make me feel that I can do better for myself.
