Not on today's topic, but I had to write in to say I took your advice on a couple of the lip balms from the other day, chouchou and pout preserve... lovin' 'em! Thnx 🎉
I’m sad that you won’t be reviewing BP anymore since that’s what brought me to your channel, but I get it. I’ve thought about stopping as well, but then came to my senses 😂 I make up the membership price pretty quickly with one order, plus it’s just fun. Did you ever get around to trying their candles or scents? I feel like you would have really liked them. Anyway, keep up the good work giving us beauty content 🙏
I'm sorry that you're going to miss the beauty pie content. I might end up signing up again after a while. I don't know if I'm ready to be without my favorite lip gloss. I'm ready to try other brands for the time being. No, I never got around to trying the fragrance or candles. I'm always afraid to blind buy a scent. Some give me headaches, and some don't. I never know which one I'm getting until I try them. Thanks so much for making the time to watch. I appreciate it.
Hi, for skincare I am sold to Geek&Gorgeous, a hungarian brand, which I find at my local drugstore. Skincare with practical packaging, no alcohol or perfume, very affordable. I have the cleansers (I used to buy Bioderma, also very good), VitC, Retinal and Centella products, moisturizer. I buy these again and again. Have a great day❤
I love affordable, but great quality products. Sounds that's what you're able to get at your local drugstore. That's what I'm looking for in my daily skincare products. Thanks so much for watching today, and have a wonderful weekend.
Excellent empties! About a month ago I started using a (pretty splurgy) eye cream, Dermalogica's new Phyto Nature Lifting Eye Cream. It has a lot of claims, and who knows? But, it's meant to be used on lids as well as under eyes. I almost always have sensitivity to eye creams, but this has been gentle and I really think my whole eye area is less dry and is overall "softer." It only takes the tiniest amount for both eyes, so I'm hoping it will last a long time. I did buy the Crave serum after you talked about it, and it's lovely! And, finally, I think "day 4 hair" is a perk of being a curly girl! Thanks for the info on the hair products you are loving! Have a great weekend!
day 4 hair is a total perk of being a curly girl. I'm currently on day 4 hair, and by the end of the day it might be in a french twist or a bun. (but I'm not washing it until tomorrow!) I'll have to look into Dermalogica's Phyto Lifting Eye Cream. I'm looking for another one to replace my Beauty Pie one. We'll see who wins. Thanks so much for watching.
I love both of the Valentino perfumes. I also love those cases they put on their 10mls. The Briogeo mask and revival are my favorites. My ride or die toner is Indie Lee Co Q10 toner. I bought 2 on the 21 days sale. I am a Sunday Riley fan. I use the CEO rapid flash serum, the UFO oil, Good Genes and Auto correct. Have a wonderful weekend ❌️ ⭕️
I really like these Valentino scents. I might have to pick up the regular Born in Roma for this winter, but I'm so happy to have an enormous Green Stravaganza. I haven't tried any Indie Lee and it's been a while since I've been in to Sunday Riley. Thanks so much for watching today, and enjoy the weekend.
I will definitely be checking out that covergirl brow pencil because my current fav is the benefit micro detailer 😀 products I replace / repurchase repeatedly are SKIN CARE : The inky list oat balm cleanser and fulvic acid cleanser and the BCE moisturizer Elemis exfoliating pads Murad cellular hydration repair serum Makeup Nars soft mate complete concealers, and light reflecting eye brightener & concealer, Makeup by Mario prep and set compact Mini size tacha silk canvas balm I use as under eye primer Haus labs foundation Kosas cloud set powder - but that might be getting replaced by the new tower 28 powder in summer Natasha Denona eyeshadow palettes Lisa Eldridge lipsticks Hourglass airbrush vanish primer and veil setting spray My current favorite fragrence for fall is Flowerbomb Nectar
I love the Flowerbomb line of fragrances. Nectar is so beautiful. I'm wearing the OG Flowerbomb today. You've got a great list. I think you might like the CoverGirl nano pencil. It's not that much larger than the Benefit Detailer, and such a great price. Thanks for watching today.
Ive been eyejng the Barrier Serum from Crave ever since you mentioned it. I currently use the snail mucin serum, the copper peptide serum from The Ordinary and the Ilia milk toner serum. The Crave seems like it would be a nice addition. :) I have also been interested in the SPF from Beauty if Joson but I tend ti stick to my La Roche Posay and my Inn Beauty Project tinted SPF. I am glad you mentioned the City Lips as I have been putting that in and out of carts for a year 😂 I worried that it was be too much to wear over lip products and it would be more of a treatment which I have enough of
I don't love the City Lips. It's ok, but only works for me as a overnight treatment or a gloss only option during the day. I wouldn't recommend it at it's expensive price point for over lipstick. Just use a less expensive gloss. This clear one also occasionally leaves a white ring around the inner portion of my lips. (Yuck!) I'm so glad that you're loving the Krave GBR. It's the one serum that I've used every day since it debuted. I always have one on hand, and it goes with me when I travel. If you already have a good SPF that works for you, do mess around with a different formula. I do it for my channel, but I don't think it's necessary for the everyday person.
@@thelipstickgalThat is what I was thinking about City Lips. I have the clear Eadem and others so I dont want another treatment. I haven’t tried the Krabe yet, bur have thought about since you’ve mentioned it :) And I agree on the SPF. I have 3 that I love and that is hard to find
Regarding perfume, I just bought 100ml (I had 30ml before) of Noa by Cacharel. It used to be expensive in the late 90s, but now I would say it is quite affordable (about 40Eur I paid). It is a simple, quite linear white musk with some white flowers, perfect for everyday use, clean smell...
Ooh, I remember when that scent was so expensive. I don't recall what it smells like, but not I'm intrigued. I might have to see if I can find it somewhere and give it a whiff. I'm so glad you found an affordable scent for every day. Fragrance is one of the best parts of getting ready each day.
Hi! Ty for sharing! I wish I were super brand loyal! Skincare- I like rotating Skin Medica and Defenage at night. I use Revive Eye Serum and a cream (M 61 ) and just purchased Sisley during the Blue Mercury Sale. (Still going on and you can get up to 10-20? Percent off based on what you spend! Definitely worth it for me! (Sale ends 9/22). I finished a Micellular Water-Biore??-not a repurchase. Have gone through a lot of mini Shampoo/Conditioners from Moroccan Oil-yes! Love the Zero Cleansing Balm! I'm a fan of Aveeno Shower -Restore and Calm for Sensitive Skin-getting ready to order(available on Amazon) and I love the Shisheido Cotton Squares! Ty so much- enjoy your weekend!
It's been a while since I purchased the Shiseido Cotton squares. Now that my kids are removing makeup, I get less expensive cotton rounds for all of us. They'd tear through the Shiseido ones, and I'd be spending wildly to try and keep up. I just pick up a jumbo pack of rounds at Costco. : ) Once my kids are in college, I'll probably go back to the Shiseido ones. I LOVE them. I haven't shopped on Blue Mercury in years. I should check out what they're offering right now. I know lots of brands are doing a sale because we're about to head into the Sephora fall saving's event. Time to shop around and see what's worth the price. Thanks so much for watching today.
@@thelipstickgal I know..those Shisheido Cotton Squares are expensive but it's just me..going thru them like a dervish!😅😅😅😅That Sephora Savings event is going to get me!😆😆😆😆
Curious. Does the Briogio Don’t despair repair deep conditioning hair mask have a strong scent? I know this is highly subjective but with my allergies and asthma I’m curious if you think it’s very strong. After looking at the ingredients and the fragrance callouts I am going to have to get to Sephora so I can actually smell up myself, but thought I’d ask. I too have naturally curly very dry hair that needs as much nourishment as it can get. Thanks 😊
I never found it to have a super strong scent, but I'm not one who has allergies or asthma. Check with your local Sephora and see if you could tolerate it. I love what it does for my hair. I also love the Curl Smith hair mask in the orange packaging. It's super for dry and damaged hair. It's what I'm using right now.
I absolutely love the Valentino in the pink bottle! ❤
Oh, me too! I wish the larger size came with the silicone rockstuds too!
Thank you I’ve saved both in my cart.
I figured if you said it was strong I’d not even bother stopping. 😊 Have a great weekend!
I hope it works scent-wise for you. I really love it as a hydrating mask.
Thanks for sharing that hospital story!! Oh the things we do for sales! 😂 so funny!! Glad you’re healthy now q
@@cookgirl33 I love certain products enough that I'll do nearly anything to get them. 😂
I love Ellis Brooklyn Peaches!
What a great scent. Thanks for watching.
Clinique All About Eyes I always repurchase for AM use. Hydrates and plays well under makeup.😊
I haven't tried the All about Eyes before. I'll do some research and see if it'll replace my Beauty Pie eye cream.
That Banila Co cleansing balm is the best ❤ I have repurchased many times!
It's one of my favorites. Thanks so much for watching.
Great video ❤ I love empties
Thanks so much for watching
First 🎉 love your whole outfit/makeup look, just beautiful! So fall!
Thanks! This is a beautiful cashmere sweater from Quince. It's the batwing sweater, and I'm loving it for fall. I really love this color too!
