Mornings are the toughest for me. I wake up and immediately start “running” from my T. It’s no wonder it’s still chasing me after all these years! I love this video and will try to really look deeper at my mornings and see how I can shift them to something that will slow me down. ❤
Each video always offers an inspiring, positive approach to help us move forward or at least journey along side our little audio torment without fear but acceptance. Thank you Alice 🤍
My son did what you did when he first got tinnitus and he went down the same dark rabbit hole. Dam google for not showing videos like this as a priority. Your videos would have saved so much anguish for both my son and me ( as I guess I had tinnitus for years but never even labeled it or thought of it ) the stress and helplessness I felt - plus my son saying tinnitus must have triggered mine ( did not tell him of course) it has been hell but thank goodness found these videos.
I am so glad that these videos are helping you in any way. You've got this! Just keep taking one day at a time and reminding yourself that we all have the ability to heal and overcome the hold of tinnitus. :)
Hey there! I hope you are doing well. Sorry for the delayed response. I will be making a video talking about sleep and tinnitus at some point soon! I would suggest having a wind down routine which is setting up your nervous system for a calm state. I think it is great to practice deep breathing and body scans. Remind yourself that the fear is nothing to be scared of and by slowly removing the fear from the sound - your brain will learn to filter it out again. It is a complex and slow process for many - however it is possible. Wishing you all the best! :)

I have quite loud tinnitus but fortunately not much anxiety. This channel is very calming and Alice is very inspiring. Hope she gets million subs.

Hello, I started with tinnitus a week ago. My problem is sleeping. What do you advise me to sleep?

Hope I will find recovery when I will go to traditional healer whom already successful treated and cure tinnitus for his patients
