I think what makes you such a good player, a good ‘fighter’, if you will, is the fact that you are not predictable. You are not ‘autopiloting’ into a set pattern that can give your enemy the predictability he needs to win.

I fought a rep 25 kensei this morning and he light spammed me😂. There level 11 raider wooped everyone's ass on my team and there rep 4 kensei actually knew combos but the rep 25 was sitting at C on sentinel with a leg sweep spamming valkyrie🤣
When 3 enemies are ganking you and you don't get revenge And then you get revenge bcuz you where in a 1v1 and another enemy attacks you once and you got revenge. Revenge is a nice feature.

12:37 as Shinobi I've been catching more people with front-roll kick into guard break. There's a lot of people on console who have no clue what to do in the Shinobi matchup. The trick is to throw the guard break without charging your heavy like this guy did

I love kensei because they're so smooth and intuitive to play yet probably the most honest character in For Honor. No annoying gimmicks, or deceptive plays, just a solid character. Whenever I win with kensei, there is a heavy sense that that victory was earned through skill vs. skill, rather than because I had unreactable lights, a powerful bash, or some annoying 50/50.
Considering on console his top light (20 damage) is pretty much gauranteed after a side dash heavy, he honestly took more skill before the rework ,since the rework he is easy asf to use , shugoki is the same way he actually took skill before the rework now, hyper armour on all attacks, that's fair.
Sickle rain needs the same treatment as shugo’s demons embrace. No more stripping the player of control and causing instant death, one extra hit and that should be it

its not about scaring them - the smokebomb works in a weird way so that enemies in it don't count towards zone capture. Ergo you can heal with enemies standing next to you
