You mentioned most of my favorite plants too. If people plant a few of the plants you mention every time you bring up your favorite every month, by the end of the year they will have interest in their yard all year. Thank you! It's nice to have knowledge Gardeners in the Pacific North West.
Happy New Year Debbie. Pleased to see you back with us. Thank you for sharing those lovely shrubs. Hope you have a wonderful year and things go well for you. Love from England.
Welcome back! I live in Coquitlam, British Columbia and value your expertise planting and growing , annuals, perennials, shrubs and fruit trees in our wet province 😂

Happy New Year Debbie! So glad you are back. I am in Portland and I am glad to have a PNW UA-cam channel. Thank You. Also I am thinking about putting in Edgeworthia. I would love to hear about it from you.
Just discovered Garden Style. Lived in Washington all my life but never heard of Lakebay. We visit Sequim a lot. Will have to visit your nursery sometime. I will have to look for a Pink Dawn Viburnum up here near Redmond!
Than you for the video. I always enjoy learning about plants here in western Washington. I have two hellebores, one has been blooming for about a week & the the other is just starting to bloom. And my japonica has buds starting to be more visible. Looking forward to see that in bloom. I also have a dwarf forsythia in a container & it is full of buds and will blooming late winter. It's so good to see plants survive even the random ice storm we had a while ago. The violas came through just fine.
Love your video’s Debbie. I love how you introduce such interesting varieties and give a detailed description. I live in southeastern Virginia and have growing in my garden, Lingonberry. which you introduced in one of your ground cover video’s a couple years back. I LOVE it ! Look forward to ALL your upcoming video’s 😊
Debbie, I love watching your channel! You are an excellent teacher. I’m curious if my daughter in zone 7, Asheville, NC, can grow the winter buttercup? Im still trying to figure out the zones!
Welcome back! It’s so nice to see your smiling face bringing sunshine to these dreary and wet days in California. Q: can I plant my camilla that is blooming right now? It is still in its pot that I bought last year. I just couldn’t decide on the best place to plant it in my yard.
The Mahonia media “Charity” is unfortunately not native and comes from Asia. There are 3 native mahonias the PNW Mahonia aquifolium (oregon grape), Mahonia nervosa (dull oregon grape) and Mahonia repens
I have tried winter hazel a few times with no success. Might you tell us what they like soil and light wise. I've put it in 3 different areas. Just like try to grow a native current ! I don't get it,lol
