I wasn’t aware that the bell goes off every year. I’ve only scratched the surface of that place, there’s a lot more to explore there. So very sorry for your loss.
It’s history that discovers stories of people who lived in a very different time and an intriguing time. Many are tragic stories of overwhelming loss and others are stories of perseverance. Some are stories of how people made huge impacts on our lives today. It would be fascinating to experience one day in the 1700’s or 1800’s. It would be life changing. I expect I’ll meet some of them in heaven as I have trusted in Christ as my God and Savior! 🙏💖
That’s why I like cemeteries, it’s the last tangible history that we lived in the same world as those we only read about in books. It also keeps their legacy alive. Also, yes, there are places that can recreate it, but it’s not the experience of living in that place in history for a day. Thanks for checking out the video!
Dude, you don’t need to film your inner thoughts. Edit! It got very annoying, you not figuring out that: A.) It’s a family plot across many generations. B.) That people often name babies after their parents and grandparents, so there can be countless Abigails in there. and C.) That your cam or phone camera both have zoom capabilities.
Ok based on the feedback I’ve gotten on this video, I acknowledge that it’s not one of my best. When I zoomed in, it didn’t come out too well so I edited it out. I’m sure someone covered this better than I did, but thanks for the feedback just the same.
that bell goes off every hour but it is one of the most interesting places i have visited with my late wife
