I have the solution for ppsspp android silent hill origins.
When the flashlight is off open inventory then go back and push circle to on the flashlight many time , but every door you open must have the light off because if no it's appear again but open again inventory with flash light off then back and press circle many time quickly

i have some textures bugs when going to second floor
at 1:20 i get black squares and after i go to the mirror room i only see the hammer

I know how to fix this one download pal and from option you can off noise filter also download the link what frankyfife put when he reply to tyranus 8 and copy to to file memcard

There is not much to configure, the fix is already implemented in the last master build of pcsx2. Get the latest one here www.emucr.com/2021/11/pcsx2-git-20211116.html or from a source of your choice, and in pcxs2 under configuration, graphics settings, opengl (renderer), hacks, check enable hw hacks and fast texture invalidation

Edit: this is my memcard with a game completed save for the ntsc-u version of sh-origins, just copy the memcard to your memcard folder in your pcsx2 folder.

get yourself a savegame (game must be completed once) for your game (appropriate region) and go to the extras menue an disable the noise filter
