Beautiful. I bought a 2025 CX-70 Premium Plus in white w black interior. Love the inline 6 engine, really fun to drive SUV and the interior is top notch imo.
All the vloggers like to compare the CX-90 to the Grand Highlander, Honda Pilot, or Kia Telluride on the low end or the BMWs on the high end. Those cars are completely different in size or engine layout so they are inappropriate. No one compares the Audi Q7, which is similar to the CX-90 in every way. Even the trim names are the same (well, the 2024s). The engines are different (I4 and V6 vs I6) but the power is similar for the base and upper engines (the Mazdas are a bit more powerful). The CX-90 is a bit bigger inside and out. The difference is that the Mazda is tens of thousands less expensive likely to be more reliable in the long run.

These do not hold value. Saw a used on a local Mazda lot with only 3,000 miles for $34,000. It wasn’t the top model but they had CX5’s same year and mileage priced higher. Mazda can’t sell new models which is killing the used prices.
To Me this thing looks contrived with the strange and weird straight and flat side slabs. It seems they used a bath tub as the basis to design this rig.
How come Mazda usa dropped their prices, and Mazda canada is sticking to theirs. Although I already did just sign up, so if they did drop the prices now, it'd hurt my heart. Lol
The reason why the price dropped is because some customers know that the engine has to be dropped for a variety of different kinds of common after warranty repairs such as timing chains. When the warranty runs out there will be expensive maintenance repairs such as a timing chain which are typically done between 90k and 150k miles. Thus, those people who are informed are avoiding the purchase. Mazda knows they made a mistake and the only way to deal with the decreased sales is to drop the price and hope to sell the vehicle to uninformed buyers. This link below confirms the engine drop issue. The link reviews a list of repairs that require the dealer to drop the whole engine. ua-cam.com/video/Dral93gmVkM/v-deo.htmlsi=zZeYuWcnSqEIcOpD

$39,700 base price for the Select in the US.
Deciding between this and the Honda Pilot 🤔
@@MiAnHu88 test drive them. Only way to know
The wise thing is to buy a Mazda CX-90 instead of a Lexus GX/TX/RX - you are losing the money just because of the brand though both originate from Japan(always reliable).
The TX is noticeably bigger.
@@chrisbland8839 bigger but not worth 70k because it look too similar to grandhighlander. Lexus could not even bother to make its own thing look distinctive enough
Does anyone else hit their knees on that hvac outlet by the steering wheel? Maybe I just get into vehicles weirdly but that jutting out is a no no.
60k for a Mazda 😂😂😂😂😂 yep they be next going out of business. But awesome review.
The interior is nice except that the screen is too small for me.
3rd row is too small, too crampy 😮
What did you expect from rwd-based suv? Idiot
For kids only, lol.
Then get a minivan.
That brake light indicator could be a safety issue.
What's up with the color of the interior fading in and out when you were showing the seats??
That’s called suede. It is normal. You never see suede or alcantara in real life? Lmao
How does this compare to a Palisade. Great review.
They figured they’d go luxury and then raise the prices. Now they’re having to discount the car?
Price increase, complain then price drop still complain. Go get a life
so beautiful. unlike European cars, this car breaks down less. It's probably better than TOYOTA.
we need CX-60
I used to say this but the cx60 is the same size as a cx50. Only way we can get that is if it replaces the cx5
Can't believe this is the same Mazda that made the FD RX-7 and legendary Wankel engine makes this uninspiring crossover.
What's an inspiring crossover?
@@jdrein9511 Apparently right now the CRV
They need suv in order to make money and to survive. Mazda is a small company much smaller than honda or even nissan. So Grow up and move on. This car engine will be more reliable and relevant than that prone-to-break wankel rotary engine
Mazda CX! Are you talking about the Mazda CX-5. They’re known for being stylish and fun to drive.
The engine is installed backwards, water pump, and alternator on the backside of the motor very hard to work on
Who tell you that? The fat guy who favor lexus? Lmao
Yep. They don’t want consumers working on cars.
@ jeep wagoneer the same.
Engine out jobs😂
Do your research water pump is on the front of the engine and this car does not have an alternator
These do not hold value. Saw a used on a local Mazda lot with only 3,000 miles for $34,000. It wasn’t the top model but they had CX5’s same year and mileage priced higher. Mazda can’t sell new models which is killing the used prices.
Destination fees are figured into MSRP
To
Me this thing looks contrived with the strange and weird straight and flat side slabs. It seems they used a bath tub as the basis to design this rig.
CX-5 is quieter.
Price?
There's a section of the review with all the prices
How come Mazda usa dropped their prices, and Mazda canada is sticking to theirs. Although I already did just sign up, so if they did drop the prices now, it'd hurt my heart. Lol
Acura might be worried.
I can't stand the way the shape of the back of the car looks!
Then don’t look
Don't buy it!@@plutoxxxxxxx
Anyone else find the interior small.

I have this vehicle. Heavy steering. You feel every bump with 21 wheels. I wouldn't recommend it for a family. There is not enough storage space.
Why on earth would an adult sit in the third row unless just a short stint?
Heavy steering is on purpose. Why on earth did you buy it if you did not like it. That is what test drives are for.
@AgonxOC I don't recall saying I didn't like it.
How much is the price drop?
4k… mine looks exactly like the one in the video and it was $62900
@ Thanks for that. Hopefully the cx70 will have a price cut as well.
These are Lexus prices! If they want to show their luxury they should create a Luxury line.
@@JuanLopez-oz9kh you kidding? There’s no Lexus at this price that’s nearly as luxurious or as premium or as dynamic as this mazda
@@naveenthemachineexactly. Sit in any Lexus and then sit in a Mazda. Lexus has nothing on Mazda interiors.
Lexus price? The cheapest 7 seats SUV from Lexus will be at high 70s.
Creating a luxury line just gives any automaker a reason to add another $20k on top. Why? Just make your main brand premium
You are kidding right.
Wet clutch. New engine. Disaster
What disaster? Your life?
@@realtalk5931 so you'd rather Mazda doesn't innovate? Keep using the same engine for 50 years? Meanwhile, if the luxury brands try something new, people always foam at the mouth that it's ingenious, and they're willing to pay the luxury fees. Lol
Technology is great inline 6 engine with 340 hp .25 mpg combined no other vehicle in its class comes close to both of these
Proper price drop would be 10k to 15k price drop. 3k drop is nothing. Guess it's better than nothing for those interested in this particular vehicle.
That's chevy/dodge territory, get real!
3K is a lot of money if you ask me.
If 3k is nothing to you, I know someone that can use it, send it to me, I'll make sure they get it. Lol
@pazicjr lol, nah
@@retgi1 buy it if you want it 👍🏾😄
still looks like a cheap mazda face
Better than your car front end. Probably need huge makeover just like how your face need a plastic surgery
Hows the wind noise?
That brake light indicator could be a safety issue.
