  • I disassemble and repaint a 1991 Lawn Boy L21ZPN. Replaced the muffler and got it like new. Fun project. Will sell for the right price!

    Good job, just got one this weekend and also want to restore it.

    Awesome video! That rust-oleum green looks like a perfect match! Love the sound of those 2 cycle engines, just great!

    14:02 Wow, a lawnmower with tele-kinetic start! You said "I'm going too start it" and it instantly ran without pulling a cord or turning a key!

    This is the exact model I have $30. Works like new. But doesn’t look nearly as good as yours. Now I have a project!

    That must be one of the last LBs before Toro bought the brand and ruined America’s BEST push mower.

      This was actually the beginning of the end. This steel deck imposter was what got lawn boy in the big box stores because the price was close enough to the mass market brands to move a lot of units. My family had one back in 1990. Heavy, wheels hard to adjust, and it rusted out quick. The thing disintegrated around the F engine. The predecessor to the Silver series, another Toro disaster.

      My ride. www.pbase.com/tsmeyers/image/88240035. (Not sure if that link will work.) 2006 Mustang GT. 'Tis broken at the moment. Spun the main bearing. Need a new motor. :(

      Nice! I'm a huge mustang fan. Had a '88 GT in high school that was massaged a little. Coyote 5.0 drop in it pretty easily?

    • @furhooligan
      @furhooligan 8 років тому

      Nope. The 5.0s all have the plumbing and wiring on the wrong side. Would have to redo all that. Would cost me near as much as a new motor to do that. So will be staying with the 4.6. The old 4.6 was pretty fast though... fastest I hit confirmed was 133. Still had pedal, but the front end was getting floaty!

      I had a '94 Mustang GT prior. But got dinged real good by a drunk driver in 2002. Killed my car and didn't do me much good either, I'm afraid.

      Dunno if this will stick... but that's what was left of my
      '94 after getting hit. facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=2993457014228&set=a.1142104171564.17960.1796271395&type=3&theater
