    1.Mindset(Inner peace,stability,tollerence,patience)
    2.Strategy (Balance,routine of love,our values,moderateness with others in ourselves)
    3.Skills(Social interaction skills like understanding others,tactfullness like understanding body languages,negotiation,listening all r very important skill,self regulation to calm with discussion with difficult people,know clutural codes because every culture is different.)
    It is not a sign of weakness,practice to develop ourselves,to develop our peace,practice smile,look ur partner mindfully say good every person is different.

    I struggle with diplomacy coz back in indian people are so direct and living in Uk.. I really I want to learn to be diplomatic to avoid awkwardness in social gathering

    Thanks sir. It's really very important to learn every day diplomacy and it could be very helpful in our whole life. Diplomacy teaches us how to deal with others to make a good relation. It also teachs us how to resolve conflicts. If we learn every day diplomacy we can live a better life in a easy way.😊😊

    Wow, got great halfway through. Learned a lot and clarified much of why I feel drawn to the art. I supervise a Security team at a great mall, my gosh it is large, I use negotiation to stay alive.

      Diplomacy is not at all hipocracy . It's being really real and use intelligence , intellect , articulation while speaking or commenting on UA-cam or any social media.

    He might be a good diplomat but he definitely cannot explain how to be one. This presentation is very chaotic and instead of talking about being a diplomat and giving advice, he talks about completely uninteresting anegdotes. Not helpful.
