RECIPES:
Keto-Carnivore Chicken Tenders:

Carnivore Nachos:
Mac’s Pork Rinds topped with cheddar cheese, and grass-fed ground beef. Microwave 1 minute on high. Add sour cream and hot sauce as desired.
Jalapeño Poppers:
1. Mix 1 block of softened cream cheese with 1/2 C of shredded cheese, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp pepper.
2. Half jalapeños and scoop out seeds with a spoon.
3. Fill each jalepeno half with cream cheese mixture.
4. Bake on 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and peppers are softened.

Over the past 15 months, I've lost 140lbs on the carnivore diet. Now that I'm in maintenance mode, I have shifted my focus to an animal-based diet. While a majority (90%0 of my food intake is carnivore-based (meat and protein) I have been adding in low-carb fruit and low-carb cooked vegetables to some of my meals. Everyone's path to health is different. This is what is working for me right now! I hope you can find what works for you.

I was stuck at 200 forever and my body was sustaining itself solely on beef until I ate a pizza, then went back to 100% beef. Next thing I know I lost 3 lbs and realized my body had adapted. I then made it routine to eat a pizza on the weekends lol. I got extremely sick though and stopped the diet... need to get back on it.

Awesome job! Great video!Thank you for the tips! Carnivore 1 year, and I was clean keto 5 years before that, and I went carnivore. Lost 168 lbs in 6 years. I have 80 more to lose. I'm getting there on this lifestyle journey, one day at a time! I've been eating occasionally, a little bit of keto the past few weeks to try to kick me out of a stall I've been in for 6 months! So I hope and pray when I go back to strict Carnivore next week, (without dairy, coffee or sweeteners, seasoning, fruits or vegetables), I will begin losing weight again. ❤😊☝🏼💪🏼🙏🏼

How many times a week are you having fruits?
Cheat meals don’t appeal much anymore. Maybe lasagne, but I would use sliced deli chicken instead of pasta. I will NEVER eat bread of seed oils or sugary food again.
I am on maintenance. For fathers Day I had Pizza with my daughter. It was amazing. Great pizza, I offered to buy another and she said no. We ate monster nochoes at the ballgame and they were tasty. I would do anything with my daughter on Fathers Day. Next day I am eating the very best meat and eggs on the planet. I am never going back.

The only time I have cheat meals is when I can’t control my food like vacations, but then I’m right back at it and I loose the weight in 2 weeks.
How long did it take you to loose it?

For me a great "cheat meal" is grilled boneless skinless chicken breast and cauliflower rice stir fry 😋😋😋

Nah, lot's of folks do berries with their meat and eggs.
But if I ever cheated, I'd fall off immediately. So I stay the course.
Not really. If I was still trying to lose weight, then yes. Now I can moderate.
What would you think about some pecans as a treat on maintenance?
If they dont cause you any issues and if you can moderate how many you eat, I don't see a problem with them. Just make sure they're not roasted in seed oils.

@Jennieadams1979 I am veering into ketovore territory I guess... soooo bored of beef.. and I dont like chicken or pork that much. I eat a bit of turkey breast to break up the monotony. Carnivore was not an obvious fit for me ...but it works.
