- Coolant Reservoir Replacement: 15 to 30 minutes ($50 / $150 / $225)
I replace the coolant bottle on a Volvo 850 because the old one was starting to crack. You should replace them if they are hard to see into or if they develop a leak in the bottom or somewhere. The process should be the same for the V70, S70 and others.

Robert, you've helped me alot w my 2000 p1 XC. You're very straight forward and easy to follow. Keep It up!
Hi Frank, you are welcome. That vehicle is a P80.
Great video I was quoted $800 to do what you just did
Wooooooooooow!
Thanks buddy!
you are welcome.
Hey Robert, like I mentioned in some earlier posts, please consider switching to a silicate-free OAT coolant like Peak Global Lifetime next time you change your coolant and you'll never have sediment like that again, not to mention having superior heat transfer due to the lack of silicates which coat the entire cooling system like a thermal blanket.
😊
Hi Robert, do you recall the value on that diode for PO410 code for 98 S70? Thank you
No, have you looked at the video?
Is there any o ring or gasket on that low coolant sensor 🤷♂️?
No, it is an external sensor.
Hey Robert! I’m looking at a 97 850 GLT and there’s a slight hesitation/stutter in the acceleration, mostly in high end rpms. Any ideas on what it would be?
Nope. Has the vehicle been stage 0?
@@RobertDIY not yet but I think that’s the smartest thing to do when I buy it.
I need to change mine.
Easy peasy.
Can I buy Queenbee for 4/13 of a bacon cheeseburger and some green M&Ms? I would love to own it 😂
I gave it away. Should have asked for a bite of his burger.
