Hi I have lots of experience with frogs and the reason your pacman frog is not eating is because you are only supposed to feed them 2 times a week with days in between each feeding feeding him that much could cause problems.

Hey just a thing, never buy fish from chain pet stores or even any breeders (unless u trust them) without quarantining them for a few week because chain pet stores always have dying fish and sick fish that have been brought in and you don't want your mata mata dying.
