This was great. Her reaction when you were at the restaurant when they were singing to her was awesome. She loves her family but you can tell she and Isaiah have a great bond. It would of been great to see how she looked at him when she opened the chips (I think that was what she opened). Kind of looked like a "you shouldn't of" or "how did you know?!?!" reaction.

My brother passed away after his 26 birthday he was non verbal but I really miss someone to talk to or listen. Watching her makes me happy listening to her signals and signs people ask how you communicate and you just do. You know how you learn see and listen 💙💙 I hope many more birthdays for y’all 💙💙 seeing her get excited just almost like he did or be blunt honest that they don’t like something

I just started watching fathering autism about a month ago.
I've been a nurse aide for 3 decades and dealt with mostly seniors. I've Learned so much from watching your vlogs. You're the sweetest family ever and Abbie is so lucky to have you guys as her family. Don't get me started on Isaiah. What ever young lady he gets is one fine and extremely lucky young woman.

I loved that Asa (once again) did an AMAZING job acknowledging how hard Priscilla worked on Abby’s birthday presents. They were VERY thoughtful and it was a fun, interactive experience to receive little gifts for her birthday. I would have loved every single gift. I used to absolutely love those little craft gifts like make your own jewelry and stuff. Great job with gifts!!! And, a “typical” reaction to the clothes. When I was 16-17 I would fuss a tiny bit about having to try on the clothes I got for presents.

Happy Birthday sweet girl! My grandson is Autistic. The first time he saw Christmas presents he started to cry. They frightened him. He could not process. So definitely educating oneself is so key. Not to over stimulate or have unrealistic expectations on our part. One thing you do (❤), is that you talk to her. Ask her a couple questions. Keep connected. Some folks treat their children like a dog on a chain. Know they're there, feed them & give a pat on the head now & then to tell theirselves, " See I acknowledge my kid". I think you help many folks.

I feel bad for Priscilla once again because she went in for the hug and kiss from Abby and Abby literally shoved her away. No matter the circumstances I couldn’t help it, my feelings would be hurt. I hope it doesn’t hurt your feelings Priscilla, but I guess you’re used to it.
Abby said she needed a brake, sometimes it’s a sensory thing. Plus touching and hugging is new to Abby. Priscilla knows all this obviously and Abby did hug her just not for very long.
You can't ever take anything personally or to heart with Autism, but I love you guys & watching your channel has helped me with my youngest who has low level ASD
