I think this could.be your best video. I am right handed ,but play golf leftie, i thik focusing on the trail foot after the lead heal going down will help me. I tend to spin around . The heal down then shift, will help greatly. Thanks for a great video.
Hey Steve great lessons, I’m trying to shallow the club and throw the club head left, but I’m getting a lot of pulls..any ideas?or quick fix? Thanks again, Chris
For some reason, I've never been a fan of lifting that left heel. From experience, it's really important to fix that left knee from swaying out and straightening it completely is really dangerous, for me. Any thoughts Steve?
It would have been nice if you mentioned keeping your intermediate target focus for your club head to follow through on your finish. Or is this too much to do with this drill? For me keeping the end of the funnel focused to your intermediate target in your swing crucial to hitting the ball straught.
You have us square with hips and shoulders on downswing...that ain't right. Hips need to be open a little when shoulders resquare.(at 4:32 shoulders still need to be closed).....
Really excellent at controlling my lurch with driver.Excellent drill n explanation
Very clear instruction, Steve. 💯
Best instructor on UA-cam
Thanks for watching!
THE CHAIR!!! Love it!!!
Steve, bang on, get your posture right then add your endorsements for starting your downswing in this video its a win ,win. Thanks Steve

The clubface is closed for sure. Fix the clubface.

You can still unweigh it and let the left knee break towards center.

Then add that as a secondary move. Start down. Pause and feel. Swing to intermediate target.
So you don’t advocate throwing of the club at the ball anymore?
You appear to start your downswing before you finish your backswing. It is subtle but you definitely aren’t pausing.
