New threat to my zucchini - mosaic virus

Growing zucchini in some areas means being overwhelmed by the fruit and trying to find a way to give away the extras. Here in the mid-Atlantic, it has always been challenging due to the dreaded squash vine borers. Now I'm seeing a lot more cases of yellow mosaic virus showing up.
