I should have listened to you all along (& did we adopt a 6th dog??)

In a way I wish I had a different type of video to share, but alas, here we are at the sawmill milling more materials for the deck. I've been feeling a little but stuck or in a rut the past few weeks, but there is always something to be learned from challenging times and they never last forever!
I did sprain my back a little bit with all of the lifting and yard work lately, as well as maneuvering that heavy hemlock, so I tried using the machine to rotate a smaller log to see how it went... my back is all good now though! Phew!
Did we adopt another dog?
Steve is improving overall, but after a good day or two, he'll have a bad day of pain (nerve pain in his leg). But his neurosurgeon did call him a few days ago and assured him that this is going to be his 'normal' for 6-8 weeks, possibly up to 3 or more months. His spine was severely squashed and that nerve is pissy now. lol.
