Those who Criticize other people are just unhappy about something in their lives and they take the most pathetic measures to make themselves feel better. Keep up the great work!!

What a lovely family photo and your proudness and devotion showed. The world could benefit with more people and dads like you. God bless you all.
You gotta let everybody know what a hard working man looks like. God has truly blessed you into being a great leader, boss, father, and husband. If every man was half the man you are the world would be in a much different place.
Ryan, I know you know thats its not the clothes you wear but faith in your heart. You and your family are an incredible insperation to those who can understand what you do.

My nephew victor Gonzalez commented on Facebook. And let me say this like my nephew said. You go to a event how you are because you dont want to miss anything or disappoint your kid's. Much love and utmost respect Ryan.
I love that you can finally say "Just pulling into the yard" And it being on the new land. I bet that feels awesome. One of the ideas you could do, setting up a long term camera near the sight of the first building construction, and record bits and pieces of it as it starts to be built up, and near the end of the year, do a super cut timelapse of it, from start to finish.
When you’re kids grow up and you may not be around anymore, they will not remember the clothes you were wearing. They will remember the fact you were there to support them, they will remember how hard you worked to provide for them, they will remember and feel the love you gave them!
That xmas show in the church looked really impressive. Warmed my heart to see all the talent, specially the kids. Your videos are so much more then just goofing around and working with concrete, keep it up Ryan

Great idea..make a welding monument of the crew...but let everyone who works there take a part in it and put it at the new land...or even weld a victory sign ...there's a lot of projects u can do!!!
Ryan, not sure if you did it yet because this video was days/weeks earlier, but the best way to get those straps into that tarp is to use an electricians fish tape. I did the exact same thing several weeks ago for a custom canopy.
Great father! Who cares what people think of you and what you are wearing. Your doing this for your family and people have no right to judge. Keep doing you Ryan and being the great man and father you are!
You are a good man I could not be as even tempered As you are, anybody would know that you did not want to miss your daughter's show show. No matter how you had to come you're a good person sir

It is more stress and more work but Your videos are motivation to me i started making videos of my jobs after watching yours LOL i havent put anything out yet im working on editing learning the ways of the macbook thanks for the inspiration!
His dry sense of humor is great, but you’d have to bring in Ray for their interaction! Priceless! I mean Ryan Jr. But Daryl Jr would be interesting too
For the hoop house you should use a steel fish tape to feed into the pocket that the strap would go in, get it all the way to the other side then just tape or tie the strap to the fish tape and pull it through. Just a shot in the dark on a potential easier fix for it.
16:48😂😂😂😂 Ryan I’ve been watching for about a year and a half and I’ve seen how good you treat your employees and family. And admire how you don’t rush to judgment on a situation as you stated at the end of the video.nothing but blessings to and your family and crew.
I’d like to start by saying Happy Belated Birthday to Ryan Jr. Now to address the earlier comment/question I believe most of your audience would love to see a appearance by Junior maybe on a bestMom Monday at the winter shop and as far as the winter build perhaps a go-kart something that could be easily stored over at the shop so that throughout the concrete season you guys could rip it around and have some fun essentially blowing off some steam. Just some food for thought. Some people can’t help but judge others based on their appearance, it’s unfortunate but the truth is we know their opinion is irrelevant. Thanks for another great episode and we’ll be looking forward to the next. Adios
Ryan I work for a company that does truck equipment builds and if your gonna put a toolbox on the f350. You can actually gang the box from the long sills of body and it much stronger. Great videos glad I found them!!
One thing I've always said.. my kids are my everything. People judging you from a pic I wont even bother getting upset. They are the ones going through things or maybe hard times. Keep up the good work!
Ryan, don't ever be ashamed of the way your dressed, you are a great father and provider for your family and your church, your efforts keep them from sliding into each other in the parking lot,and I sure your kids were glad you were there to see them perform. My kids were involved in sports my daughter played softball, field hockey.lacross and was in a hockey league with my 2 sons,I worked a full time job as a mason and then did side work after work and weekends plus I worked nights in the winter cleaning offices and stocking shelves at our food store, so I was always dressed in work cloths and went to all their other activities and dance recitals, plays etc. You are definitely doing the right thing by keeping them busy and keeping them in faith with god. Ignor the haters they are just jealous of your success. Love your videos, reminds me of my guys when I was still working,I'm retired now but I still do little stuff because I miss the work!
How about a victory ski trip. I can o ly imagine how funny it's be seeing Eric and Cisco trying to ski or snowboard while Ryan's doing tricks and flying by everyone Basically by himself cuz the other guys can't get off the lift😂
Hey Rayan something awesome I think we would all like to see is if you could build one of the white box trucks that is at the new land as a Stamp truck like you mentioned a while back have all the stamps, tools and sealers all in one Place. Plus it would be cool to see one of those box trucks wrapped red with the victory logo 😎
Ryan there is absolutely nothing wrong with the way that you were dressed for a Church function. Our Lord accepts us for who/as we are. Everyone knows that you are a working father and husband. Prayers for you all!🙏
People are so fast to judge another person with out even knowing their whole story!!! Doesn’t matter matter how you are dressed. What matters is that you showed up and supported your kids. Your family understands why you came dressed like that! That’s all that matters.
Awesome Ryan! One thing I know, The times to see your kids in their school and church functions are fleeting. Once your kids are grown and done with being in those functions, it's done forever.
people who complain about the way ryan was dressed have never experience that sadness of looking in the crowd and not seeing your parents. You want your parents to be there, doesn't matter if they're in pjs
The way you look/dress has absolutely no bearing on who you are as a person or your character. It amazes me that it even comes to that . That picture you showed I see a very happy daughter and a hard working father . God bless Ryan
Love the concrete work but honestly looking forward to the winter videos right now. Love the videos of you guys just doing shop work and going to Vegas and such

It was nice to hear you say you were at the yard and it was your yard!!! Such a great thing!!!
How about a victory ski trip. I can o ly imagine how funny it's be seeing Eric and Cisco trying to ski or snowboard while Ryan's doing tricks and flying by everyone Basically by himself cuz the other guys can't get off the lift😂
Victory and the gang hit the slopes
SNOWMOBILE
Definitely would be good to see Daryl jr again for the day
Goodmorning everyone hope you have a great Wednesday
Good Morning, hope you have a wonderful day.✌️
Ryan, you are a great husband, father, son, boss, and friend. Continue to be yourself....a RockStar. GOD BLESS❤
Prayers for you all!🙏
AMEN🙌
People are so fast to judge another person with out even knowing their whole story!!! Doesn’t matter matter how you are dressed. What matters is that you showed up and supported your kids. Your family understands why you came dressed like that! That’s all that matters.
Gooood morning fellow Victory fans 👋
Goooood Morning ✌️
Mornin!!
Awesome Ryan! One thing I know, The times to see your kids in their school and church functions are fleeting. Once your kids are grown and done with being in those functions, it's done forever.
I love this time of year. Great vid.
I am not sure if you and Bugs are still in the talking phase. But to watch the two of you build a car together would be great.
that will never happen
people who complain about the way ryan was dressed have never experience that sadness of looking in the crowd and not seeing your parents. You want your parents to be there, doesn't matter if they're in pjs
I miss jr you should bring him on for a guest appearance
Absolutely!
Never
Best dads like you never have to apologize for being their for the family. Family first
The way you look/dress has absolutely no bearing on who you are as a person or your character. It amazes me that it even comes to that . That picture you showed I see a very happy daughter and a hard working father . God bless Ryan
You can tell JR edited this video😂😂
Ryan, did you mix up videos? This seems like it shouldn’t have come out yet. Last we saw the truck was broken and so was the skid loader! lol
I don’t think the season is over yet on the video side. Probably put out a winter video to mix it up
@@landmarkcreations1183 he doesn’t usually do that, so that’s why I commented what I did. He’s mixed them up before lol
Different truck, the broken one was the international tandem axle I believe. He was in the quad axle Mack in this video.
Is it me or did anyone think Ryan tossed Annie in the trash??? 😂😂😂
Lol, yes! The way he transitioned totally looked like that. 😂
Bro I was about to comment that
You must be new , that being said welcome
Yep every video Annie goes in the trash...
Man the salt already did a number on the underside of that truck. 20:21 You should coat it to protect that beauty.
Love the concrete work but honestly looking forward to the winter videos right now. Love the videos of you guys just doing shop work and going to Vegas and such
