Phillips 66, aka Phillips Petroleum, started in Bartlesville. Oklahoma, in 1917 and didn't move its headquarters to Houston, Texas, until 2012.

Phillips Petroleum was founded in 1917. Phillips 66 as a Company was split off from ConocoPhillips in 2012. Before that, Phillips 66 was brand of Phillips Petroleum.
